If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in looking for a 24 foot covered boat slip, there were two people in front of me, which was no big deal. Instead of saying "Ill be with you in just a moment", after waiting for 10 minutes I politely introduced myself as a new customer to Sheri the property manager, and asked if there was a price sheet I could look at while waiting. Other than scowling, Sheri refused to acknowledge me but kept saying to the others in the office they were just bought and under new management, and "prices were so cheap" because occupancy was so low. While waiting, I couldnt help but notice the 6 of the 16 cameras on the security screen were flashing "no signal", and looking through the door to the back drive "secured area" there was a hole in the chain link fence someone could get through. After politely asking again for a price sheet, Sheri said she didnt have time to help me and that I would have to keep waiting. The gate was open so I looked around back to see the condition of the facility and it looked trashy and in disarray. I guess you get what you pay for. Rude customer service, an facilty with cameras that dont appear to be working, holes in the fence, Sheri did me a favor. Im going elsewhere.

I had called several, about 4 pages worth, storage facilities and visited 5 of them including Move It Self Storage in Celina. However, from the beginning of my first contact via phone, Jessica at Move It, had me sold. She was very personable and reassuring of the choices I made with the units I selected. It was a very stressful time for my husband and I, Jessica was able to help us relax and find confidence that we were at the right place. Jessica was super sweet, honest and completely empathetic, she remembers so many faces, if she doesn’t know the answer – she finds it. We left knowing, we chose the right place for our needs because of Jessica. I’d like to note that I called a week after we signed up with Move It and spoke with the manager, Sherri. It was the first time I spoke to her and she was an absolute delight. She was funny and personable, so sweet. She even knew who my husband and I are! That clearly shows a very well-managed company by a top-notch manager. Well done ladies! Thank you so much!!!!

We were looking for a covered parking spot for our newly purchased RV. We checked in with at least 6 storage facilities in the area and no one had any available spots. I called Sherri at Move it Self Storage she advised me that they had one covered spot left and that she would hold it for me until we could get down there to look at the facility and fill out the needed paperwork over the weekend. We were delighted to learn that it was reasonably priced as well. Sherri greeted me at the office and we were able to tour the storage area using her golf cart. Property was clean and very accessible and roomy enough to maneuver our RV. Sherri answered all my questions with a smile and was very professional. I would recommend Move It Self Storage!

Can’t get over ANY of the negative reviews posted!! I’ve dealt w/ Sheri at a previous storage facility and is specifically the reason I chose this one!!! She has always been very helpful and has gone out of her way to be accommodating in every way…. The facility is very well maintained; highly secure, updated and fresh… If I were to have any complaints, it would be the ramp at the back. If you take it head on, there is a tendency to high center, ("belly scraper"), if you are in a short wheel-based vehicle. Soo...don’t forget to take the ramp at an angle!!!! (lol) I had my choice of several different storage facilities in the area; but rest assured, you personally make the difference, Sheri you’re the best, and thanks for all you do!!!!

BE WARNED!!! Michelle (office mgr.) is a LIAR. The previous owners were awesome. New owners are lying and cheating people. Call anonymously and get a great rate. Existing clients are paying 20-40 more for the same unit!!!! Was paying $119 for a 10X15. Call her and shell rent you one for $99!!! Asked her why the discrepancy? She proceeded to yell at me, the customer. She clearly needs some training in the area of communication or maybe shes just a miserable person. All is not lost...these awful owners are very close to running this business into the ground and new owners will be along shortly. Simple test: if Michelle is still working there...RUN the other way. NOT WORTH IT!

Jonathan Denton is flat out wrong. Sherry is the best. I utilize my storage space as my business warehouse. Ive utilized a few different facilities in the area and have visited all of them. Never underestimate the importance of that one person who every customer speaks to. Sherry is a big reason why I chose Move It Self Storage. By the way, Jonathan, when using a security camera monitoring program, you have to choose a predetermined number of slots to show on the screen (ie. 4, 8, 16, etc). Youll almost always have some slots with no signal. Especially when youre showing 16 slots. Youre welcome.

This is Michelle and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, if you are going to post a negative comment, please include ALL the details. I cannot change what previous owners/managers did, prior to our arrival, regarding rental rates. Rates change based on business needs and I am sure they (prior to us) had a reason for charging what they were. What this tenant will find out, is that managers/owners, will not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour. Should you continue with an obnoxious behaviour, you will find your other rental options will be relinqueshed. Good Luck to you.

Excellent. Called first and got clear concise info. Sheri called me again to confirm the availability. Setting up the unit was simple the following day when I stopped by. Facility is clean (very clean) and easy to access. Sheri is always helpful and pleasant when I come by. Great, personal customer service and she goes the extra mile! I will recommend this location to anyone who asks me.

What a wonderful experience. I found the staff to be very helpful. I was provided multiple options for our motor home at this facility...everything from open air, to partially covered, to the largest fully covered spot for our 43 foot baby. I the staff is so nice and cooperative and really just wants to please the customer. If you dont like this place theres something wrong with you.

We came in just before closing time one evening this week and Sheri didnt hesitate to take the time to show us multiple units and complete the rental paperwork on 2 storage units!!! She did it all with a smile and amazing friendly hospitality! We will never rent anywhere else! We will stop by the office and say Hi anytime were there during business hours! Thank you, Sheri!!!

Yup! Sheri had great customer service. l had a great experience. I will agree with that one fellow on the ramp. It is a belly scraper, but I had nothing to worry about, I drive a Chevy and I know how to hit the gears just right to make it up that hill. Sheri took care of my vehicles and calls me if anything looks suspicious. Ill be storing more of my stuff soon!!
