U-haul at 380 and the Dallas North Tollway referred me and my wife to Legacy Storage while we were in the process of building our home. Travis, the owner, answered immediately and we set up an appointment to come in and look around. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Travis was very kind and helpful and answered all our questions in a professional manner. Their prices are very competitive and their auto-pay system made it easy to deal with payments. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking for an honest, clean, and positive experience.

Upon deciding to work as a travel nurse, I needed to find a safe, affordable, and clean, trustworthy storage facility in which I could store my furniture for the long haul. Terrible experience. Nice little policy where you pay for the entire month upfront. If you move out at the beginning of the month, too bad, no proration. Owner explained that it is due to their "possible" inability to re-rent the units timely. Not my problem. The insurance is a joke. Had moisture damage that ruined $1000s worth of clothing and other valuables in an A/C controlled unit. Mold and moisture are conveniently not covered...buyer beware.

Ive leased a few units in the past, and this is one of the better places with very fair pricing. Travis is a great guy and very happy to work with you. As for the negative review I just saw... You are storing things. Its the nature of the beast. This is a top notch operation. You want to worry about mold, store in Houston and then talk to me about mold. Thanks for everything Travis!!

I have been a client of the Legacy storage center since April. The facilities are great, clean and secure. Customer service is excellent; my family and I have been treated really well and the owners have gone out of their way to accommodate us. I have been so pleased that I rented a second unit and recommended their services to a friend of ours. Good job!

I have been renting one of there spacious storage units since dec. 08. Very friendly customer service and wonderfull secuirty with closed circuit camera servalance 24/7. The owners also regularly patrol and sweep the property on a regular basis. Great folks!

I will spare all reading this the long sordid explanation, but the owners of Legacy Storage have more than accommodated the likes of me. They are fantastic storage facility hosts, and I would not ever consider using another facility in the future.

The owner was fantastic. He was organized and had me do things like create a contact with his number, the emergency number, and my pin for the gate so I wouldnt forget. When I no longer needed the unit my checkout was extremely fast as easy

I will be so glad when they finally get the Street Paved to this location.... Its currently like an obstacle course to get there.... You may need to go wash your vehicle after each visit....
