THESE PEOPLE HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, STILL WONT RETURN IT! I CALLED AND THEN RODE 2 BUSES AND 2 TRAINS TO THE AREA AND THEN STILL HAD TO WALK 1/4 MILE AND MORE, INCLUDING A WIDE OPEN FIELD, RIGHT BEHIND THEIR PROPERTY TO GET TO THEM!! I EXPLAINED WHEN I FIRST TRIED TO MOVE IN, WHICH I NEVER DID, I NEVER EVEN ENTERED THE GATES TO THE UNIT! I NEVER SAW IT OR NOTHING. I TRUSTED WHAT I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE AND CAME IN. I TOLD THEM I WAS ON BUSES AND TRAINS AND WALKING AND NEEDED TO USE THEIR TRUCK FOR ONE DAY THAT NEXT WEEK. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WAS ON MY WAY AND THEY SAID BE THERE BEFORE 5. I LEFT WORK EARLY, AND AFTER 2 MORE BUSES AND TRAINS AND THE LONG WALK, IN THE RAIN, I GET THERE EARLYAND SOMEONE ELSE WAS GETTING THE TRUCK! THEY TELL ME, WE DIDNT HAVE YOU IN THE SYSTEM, AND I AM IN TEARS, SAYING I JUST CALLED AND SAID I WAS ON MY WAY! THE OTHER GUY LEFT IN THE TRUCK. I WAS ANGRY, SAD, WET AND MISTREATED. SO I WALKED OUT. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND EVERYDAY THEREAFTER, TO BE TOLD, I DIDNT SAY I WAS MOVING OUT. WELL THAT IS BECAUSE. I NEVER MOVED IN!!!! IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN 0, I WOULD! I just talked to Steve and he was RUDE and evasive!

It has been a very good experience for me to have my stuff stored at AC Self Storage, Steven and Doyle are extremely nice and always able to help you on any concerns I have ever had. The location is very convenient (only 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and 20-25 from Dallas Love Field and DFW airports) and the facility extremely well kept clean and organized. I always find a moving cart available and parking is easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to any one needing short or long term storage near Dallas. They also have a referral program which helps you save 50% off a months rent. Its definitely been a very good experience.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE JULY, 2007, IT OBVIOUS I MUST LOVE THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE. STEVE HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ME SINCE THE COMPANY CHANGED OWNERSHIP, HE IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, CURTIOUS, AND A THOUGHTFUL PERSON. IF I EVER ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES WITH MY ACCOUNT, THE STAFF HAS BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL TO ACCOMODATE ME IN GETTING IT RESOLVED. THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS WELL KEPT, AND THE ENVIRONMENT PERMITS YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SECURE WHILE PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY. I THINK THIS LOCATION IS GREAT, AND THE STAFF TOO! HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I am on the move a lot due to my job constraints. I religiously have paid via bank check since 2005. I returned a month ago and found numerous very valuable and treasured items had been removed from my storage unit. I have the only key to the lock, and only I have access codes to the facility. Ive contacted my attorney as well as a local news reporter to confront this issue. I feel that these people in management access the units, remove select items and place them up for sale at their auctions.

I found out yesterday that I won a auction storage unit and I have tried over and over to find out where this place was. usually the storage calls me because I have only 72 hours to pick up my stuff. this morning I got an answering service that would not take a message and now I have been listening to ads and funky music for 14 minutes. I am down to tjhe wire to get my auction and that is making me nervous.

Usually dont write reviews but guys the service and prices here are amazing. Professional environment, respectful, gives you comfort about the safety of your belongings and these people just get it! Would tell anyone looking to store possessions long or short term to visit them first.

This storage facility is very nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming. Steven was very helpful answering every question I had without hesitation!! (& I asked a lot of questions) I was even showed my storage unit personally and in the rain, which was above and beyond what I expected!!!

AC Storage dots all the is and crosses all the ts to make sure my items are safe. Mr. Doyle was thorough and friendly as he provided good service at an affordable rate. Im a bit impatient, therefore would liked for the process to have been quicker. I would recommend AC Self Storage!
