Outstanding customer service provided by entire staff (Ive interacted with each one of them, I think). Friendly, professional and quick to answer all my questions. The Public Storage web site can be a bit difficult when it comes to accepting payments on each of our 2units - staff is always willing to listen to me growl about that even though its not their fault. They are always most helpful. Im a loyal Public Storage customer going forward!! As we approach the end of our units leases, Id like to reiterate how good this facility and its team are. Tim and Tammy have consistently, for the last 8 months, provided superior, stress free service regarding our storage needs. The facility is relatively new, spotlessly clean and staffed by an outstanding team that cares about its customers. My family thanks them for their whole approach to customers and the storage business.

The people are service are good. This rating is only reflective about the use of their carts which you can only do within their office hours. It is the most inconvenient policy I have seen in a storage place and the first time Ive ever encountered. Even though the storage is accessible from 6 am to 9 pm, the office hours are from 9:30 am to 6 pm. So you either have to have your own dolly or lug your stuff all the way to your storage unit if you go outside the office hours which would be pretty normal for since I have a job and dont get home until 6 or 7. Please change this requirement and make it convenient for your customers.

The property manager Mr Tim is amazing and Lauren is nice, however the other employees at this site are horrible. Youre employees are the face of your company and are a representation of what youre saying your company stands for. Once I get back to McKinney, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere simply off of my customer service experience alone. Id honestly rather pay a little more and receive great customer service.

Ive used many storage companies over the years. I have to say this is easily the best experience Ive had with one. Great facility, easy in, easy out. But, the thing that has made it great is the staff - Lauren and Tim have treated me with genuine concern. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Outstanding!

Weve used the climate controlled 10x10 at Public Storage for over a year now and enjoy super easy access, plenty of carts, reasonable rates, and clean spaces. I appreciate the lighting inside and security features put in place. The staff is friendly and helpful over the phone or in person. Highly recommend.

I needed a storage unit for a month from the 23rd to the 23rd. I was afraid that I was going to end up paying more than I was billed up front, but Ive vacated and closed my account with them and paid exactly what I expected. The service was great!
