BEWARE - If you sign a contract here they will do whatever they can to charge you, add late fees, and make it nearly impossible to terminate the contract. My daughter moved away without physically going to PF and cancelling her contract. She called, they said "no you have to come in person". I went, "no, you cant cancel it because your name is not on the contract". They have no problem charging the fee to a card that is mine but I cant cancel the membership. Its a gym membership, not a million dollar mortgage. This was simply a oversight by my daughter. The right thing to do would have been: "I understand you moved and forgot to cancel your membership. I see that you havent been here since November. I would be glad to cancel your membership and refund the dues we charged you for the last 8 months that you didnt use the gym. I hope you will come back to Planet Fitness in the future." I guess they skipped Customer Service 101, but not Greedy Contractual Law 69.

I was very happy to discover Planet fitness, and to a degree I still am. The machines tend to stay in good order, and the patrons stay either quiet or friendly. The thing that irks me is the inability of the patrons to clean up after themselves, and the apparent unwillingness of the employees to enforce the membership agreement in that area. Sloppy patrons, those who never wipe down a machine even after sweating copiously on it, large bags tucked underfoot rather than in a locker, candy wrappers on the floor... none of it makes the gym appealing. AND IT"S ALL IN THE CONTRACT EVERYONE HAS TO SIGN! Hopefully this will be remedied soon.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of machine options for any muscle groups or cardio activity. They have personal trainer that speaks good English and Spanish is up beat. The people you meet there are nice and all have common interests and goals that are helpfull when i had questions. Clean tanning bed are a plus thre hydro massage beds along with for massage chairs clean environment good place to work out. The downside if youre into lifting over 75 lb dumbbells you might want to go somewhere else just for that other than that good environment to workout in

Girl with leg tattoo is so rude...she acts like shes stressed and cannot multitask with any kind of professionalism...PF needs to really hire more positive ppl...or train them better. Only gave 2 stars cuz the price is good but guess you get what you pay for...at sign up there was no tour so feel awkward and lost everytime i go to this gym...walked in once to just tan and kid at front counter haggled me for not wanting to workout...their moto of judge free zone needs to improve and include attitude free zone for their employees too

Very clean an maintained gym. No free weights except for dumbbells - but enough benches, Smith machines, and regular weight machines to get the job done. Black membership @ $21 per month gets you all gym equipment plus hydro massage beds and tanning. Crowd arrives around 4pm on weekdays and thins out around 7pm. Otherwise there is little to no wait time for equipment. Also PLENTY of stationary bikes, treadmills, stair stepper, and elipticals to never have to wait on one.

I use to have membership at Golds Gym honestly planet fitness was the best place to ever go to. Everybody is super nice and amazing. All I have to do is ask. Honestly its nice to see the people you come in to are a little bit on the heavy size. I will continue my business here . Thank you guys for not looking at my weight but just looking at me as a person. I honestly feel like I belong here.

Great price for a gym membership and very clean, but it gets very crowded at peak hours. There are plenty of cardio machines, but the free weights, massage equipment, and tanning are usually swamped with people. Also, I dont really understand the pizza parties and bagels, but I guess its a nice (unhealthy) perk?

Plenty of space. Cleaned daily, but the male showers need a renovation. Shower curtains have mold. All in all good deal for price. Best thing to do is wait for one of their flash sales to get the best price. The GM was a lady so rude I almost didnt get a membership but if you go at night everything is relaxed

If there are thunderstorms they close the gym and dont reopen it when they say they are going to. Not to mention the employees just play on the cell phones instead of cleaning and straightening up the gym. Go take a look at ghe gym on the weekend and youll see what Im talking about.

This place is quickly turning into every other Planet Fitness in the area. There are certain times you have to go if you want to enjoy your work out. Otherwise, youre dealing with peoples kids running around and the meathead convention setting up shop at every station.

This is a very clean work facility. Im glad I Joined! I wish there was a little more help offered but I understand that theres no judgement. Sometimes I wonder if they way Im using the machines is harmful to me. I would like correction if Im harming myself!

Its really cheap to join, cheap monthly payment. Lots of equipment, tanning, hydro massage tables, massage chairs, and everyone is very helpful and nice.

Horrible GYM closed because of a little rain when its suppose to be open 24/7. They said they would be open back at a certain time and never did open.

Nice place to workout, decent crowd but not overwhelming. Could use more squat racks though, plenty of cardio equipment even for peak hours
