Extensive floor space lets you foam roll and stretch without having to worry about a weight dropping on your head. The absence of superfluous exercise and cardio machines weeds out fitness dilettantes. Youll find friendly, supportive athletes happy to give you a spot. Membership fees are super affordable and drop-in prices are an unbeatable value for money. If youre looking for a serious gym with a no attitude, laid-back, friendly vibe, this is the place to train.

Texas barbell syndicate is hands down the best powerlifting gym in all of Houston. They have plenty of square footage filled with top of the line equipment including a full IPF competition set up.
