This is an incredible workout and an incredible owner (and head trainer) and group of trainers! I am from Kentucky and found this 9Round on Google. I love the intensity, the calories burned, the (only) 30 minute workout, the. variety every single day, the encouragement from the trainers as well as the challenge each day. The owner, Crystal, is amazing! She is beautiful on the inside and the outside and has been a great teacher, trainer and encourager. I am almost 60; I have 5 children and 7 grandchildren; I joined 9Round in February of this year. I am incredibly stronger than I was and it has given me a great workout. I have a great trainer in Louisville (Christie!!!) but I was delighted to come to Houston and find Crystal!!!! If you are in the Houston area and are looking for a fun, go at your own pace (but challenging), total body workout, visit 9Round with Crystal!

Great workout. The trainer, Dee, was full of energy and very helpful throughout the workout. I havent been to any other 9 rounds but I feel this location should be the model for all 9 rounds.
