Carecen de preparación las personas que se encuentran trabajando ahi...realmente ha sido la peor experiencia,dicen que lo barato sale caro desde el principio e tenido problemas cuando se habría el gym hice la aplicación de 2 membresías,después de meses me llega un papel donde dice que debo 150 y mi esposo 99 el cual voy y pregunto pues el que habrío las cuentas habría 4 membresias y pues en mi cuenta de banco se había hecho esos cargos...ok trato de arreglar esa situación y pues nadie de ahí sabe dar una respuesta ni la manager de nombre Morgan solo se limitan a decir que ellos están el lo correcto x fin encontré una persona del departamento de cobranzas de nombre Jhon que fue el encargado de realmente solucionar y hacerme válido el dinero que me había cobrado de mas,al poco tiempo cambio la membresía de mi esposo de(blanco)en esa se encontraba un crédito de 50 dlls cuando hago el cambio de blanco a verde el personal carente de capacitación se le olvida poner el crédito de 50 dlls. Al las semanas paran a mi esposo diciéndole que tiene pago atrasados el cual una ves mas a buscar una solución como ahí no encuentras alguien capacitado para resolver esa situación una ves mas hablo al departamento de cobranzas ahí me dice Jhon que tengo el crédito de 50 solo q al hacer el cambio de la tarjeta se les olvido hacer válido el credito una ves mas pésimo la gente que trabaja ahí,opte desde abril en pagar mes a mes y ahora resulta que ellos siguen cobrando a mi banco siendo que yo les pago en la caja....realmente son tan incompetentes una buena capacitación deben de darles y enseñarles a que realmente hagan su trabajo como debe de ser hacen errores pague agosto y septiembre en caja y resulta que no se refleja mi pago x el banco.....me regresan supuestamente el mes de septiembre a mi cuenta x que lo cobraron doble realmente no quiero ofender pero las personas encargadas de hacer todos los cambios,cobros no hacen el trabajo como deben de ser.........a pesar de los malos ratos y corajes q e pasado me gustaba el gym x q esta a solo 2 cuadras......y se que no soy la única con este tipo de experiencia.....

is there any way to give a negative star. they are constantly firing and hiring staff. the manager there doesnt know what she is doing is very incompetent when it goes to managing, customer service and above all fitness. Classes are horrible and always canceled because no one wants to stay and teach classes there because of management or lack there of. all the new staff getting hired has no gym experience or knowledge of fitness and the customer service has really gone out the window. i guess they get it from the head manager and her horrible customer service and attitude she gives any time a member asks any questions. Fire the manager lady and hire someone that can turn this gym around and more organized before they start losing members to 24hr fitness down the road. the only reason i stay is because its 2 blocks away and its clean with newer equipment.

I have been a member here since June 2015. The staff for the most part has been working here since then and I have gotten to know most of them. I am greeted by name and feel welcomed. The manager has always been kind and has helped me when I was financially unstable still allowing me to workout and pay when I could. The personal training lady(dont know her name) is rude but I just avoid that. I have the lime where I can take classes. Im excited they have added more so we have more options. I did not have an issue with the already scheduled ones but I was missing yoga. Fortunately I hear that is starting in April. Overall a clean place, great management, and what more could you want for so cheap. My only complaint is the parking lot as it can be sketchy at times, but use your head and walkout with someone. The area is not the greatest!

I have been with Youfit for about 2 months now... It does get packed on Monday-Wednesday from 6-8 but other than that its pretty nice to workout at. My wife loves to come with me because it is clean and I love it because they have all you need for $10 or $20 a month and you cant beat that...We are treated great every time we go and the staff has always been friendly. The manager has approached myself and my wife several times on the floor to ask how its going, what we are working out, if we have a suggestion and so on... Thats important to us to know we matter. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because we have had a slight issue with billing and a late charge although it was handled well it could have been avoided all together. I highly recommend this place and will be a long term member!

I LOVE MY GYM! The staff is very friendly, but the setup of the gym is what I love most. There are tons of cardio machines to choose from, the upper body machines are all one color and the lower body machines all another which makes it super easy to navigate the gym. Also, they have an Express workout area, where you can complete a very effective, total body workout circuit- WITH cardio- in just 30 minutes!! Its like having your own personal trainer! The gym is clean and membership cost is minimal...

I love the zumba class, and the teacher is very nice to everyone in the classes, they dont be busy when Im there, but the gym is nice and clean, beening going for almost two years.......try it out you might like it....Well today May 4, 2017 was Solange the zumba teacher last day, she was the light of that GYM, it was always joy and happiness in the classes, we was all in tears today at the GYM, me and the ladies will miss her, she was the best, GOD BLESS YOU and your family......

Me and my sisters had been going for 5 day to that gym . Everything was fine until today on 6/14/16. There is three of us and I have the lime card membership. Online it says UNLIMITED GUEST PRIVILEGE when you have a lime card so I got the member ship.when we went today They claim that you cant bring more then one person. Even though we have been doing it for days . I would give them no stars if I could .

Today I canceled my membership due to the lagging WiFi in this place. Not only does the WiFi there does not work at full speed with the password also any other connection fails there. Staff even attempted their system is slow due to slow connection..This is the only place I have an issue with. Cant really enjoy my cardio if I can not view you tube. Disappointed.

Awesome gym, its small but it has everything you need for a good workout. The pricing is fair, and they explain everything to you before you sign up. There are no "hidden fees" at this gym like some people say. You have to read your agreement before you sign up so that you understand everything, but that should be common sense.
