Ok the pool area and sauna are good I think. Upstairs in the weight area there has been an ongoing problem with the squat racks for a few months. Some Asian lady about 40ish and either her teenage son or brother and his friend always occupy BOTH upstairs squat racks at the same time. They ride together and take up both racks. The lady and 2 young men squat about the same amount of weight where they could simply use one rack so other members can also use the other squat rack. This happens at Prime Time around 5:30-6:00 and then these morons hang on to the rack for about 2 hours, literally. What gets us mad is that they come in with weight bags, wearing gym gear like they are major power lifters but they really are novice. They set up their bands on the racks, both of them and drape their weight belts over the bars and throw their chak on the ground . Instead of lifting weights they sit Indian style on the floor in front of the racks texting or playing around on face book on their phones instead of lifting. This means you have to watch these jack asses occupy both squat racks at the same time while not even using them . When they actually do a set you can bet it will be around 15 minutes till the next set. The lady will huff and grunt like she is constipated before doing a set. I timed it and literally these people did 4 sets in an hour and fifteen minutes and they were still on the racks when I was leaving. They were still playing grab ass and on the phone instead of lifting and getting off the racks for other people to use since they dont give a damn about your schedule or work out. My home boy said he told the manager. He said if the staff doesnt fix it and put these fools in check he will walk over their and toss their belongings off the rack when he wants to use it since asking and using manners didnt work with these people and they still to this day pull the same time wasting routine on both squat racks. You might know who I am referring to, You can forget about using the rack if you are polite to these people. Hopefully the staff will help out since these people will see what bad manners and wasting other peoples time will get them in return.

This is a bad experience ever had, I open the membership account , unfortunately I was not able to go the gym, but they removing my money in my account, I went to the gym to cancel my account, they said I can only hold it for 6 month, I think someone is not doing his or her job right, be cause they remove my money again the following month, then I went to change my credit card in the bank, so they dont have the access to my account again, they called me am owing them 82 dollars, I explain to the representative, she told me I shld go the gym and explain to them again, I went there the lady told me to call them on phone, they said I will pay for a termination fee and the 82 dollar, the most painful part of it was that ,I talk to 3 representatives, the 1st one, hes said i will pay the both for 131 dollars, the call cut when calling my card number to him, I called them again the 2nd one said I will pay 310 dollars that my account was frozen, and I did not tell them to do that. told her to transfer me to the manager, the manager said 340 dollars, This is horrible, I can never recommend this place to anyone whos not very sure of going there everytime, Left to me is a scam , I paid the money because, nothing else I can do, they now telling me instead of paying that huge amount I shld activate the account I will be paying 43 dollars a month. They think I cant afford to pay that money I will leave the account. Bad people.

they give towels (awesome).. the one down the street does not provide any.. older facility but the machines are just fine for a good workout (hammer strength) and it doesnt get as crowded as other 24 in area.. Staff picks up weights Big sauna area..two Hispanic managers are nice and seem friendly at least but hard to get a hold of (had some acct issues earlier this month ).. used to be a great front desk manager named Marissa(?) she left and now the front desk staff has gotten ruder and ruder which is my only complaint about this gym, would give 4 stars if not for bad attitude from new front desk manager(no name)/staff Overall this a decent quality gym for the price.. Get in. workout. get out

This is one of my favorite 24 Hour Fitness locations. The locker rooms are roomy and they have a decent amount of showers. Yes, the weight area can be crowded in the evenings, but thats how it is at most gyms. My recommendation is to work out in the early morning or later night to have free reign over the equipment. Lastly, the towel service is a huge perk to using this gym. For anyone who attends cycle classes - The class taught by Joe on Wednesday at 6PM is one of the better ones available. He usually has good music and doesnt go crazy with the yelling and motivational phrases.

Nice gym, serious crime problem with car break-ins. Gym location will not assist with investigation out of fear of retaliation . What upsets me is why not help so the problem will go away. Even with an officer present they will not let you see who broke in your car. I work in investigations and once someone brings an officer I fully participate in the investigation even if its just a cell phone theft. Im disappointed with the leadership at this location.. Im really tempted to set up a covert surveillance of the theft area monitor it remotely and solve this case for them .

I like the equipment, staff, new modifications etc.. But I do not like the fact its hard to actually complete a full workout without rushing to leave so there wont be an opportunity for your car to be vandalized. Why exhaust resources in so many areas, but ignore safety/security. The entire parking lot needs to be covered via cctv , not select areas that the criminals obviously know. Great business on the operations/ staffing side . Horrible job on with creating an environment people would frequently return to.

The club manager lets people wear swim shoes on the street and jump into the pool with grass etc. I have seen people in street clothes in the pool that ask the manager for a towel and he gives it to them without saying a word about their street clothes. I saw a woman in a dress and jewelry jump into the pool and no one said anything to her. There is stagnant water outside the door by the womens dressing room and no one does anything to remove the drain. The shower room needs to be cleaned more often.

Worst gym I have ever been to the roof leaks even when it is not raining, and when it is it leaks a ton always crowded filled with people who do not know what they are doing most unfriendly workers with an exemption of 2. If you need to join a gym go somewhere else there are cheaper options like planet fitness which is a lot better and gyms at similar prices like fitness connections, lifetime, and la fitness go there do not go to 24 hour fitness even there corporate workers are awful
