I took my car in for one thing but it was something else. No big deal Im not a mechanic. I dropped my car off Sat. and honestly I was told they would look at it Monday. No problem. Monday they had problems finding the problem. Which they said was the O2 sensor. That I was told was replaced when I got the car. Ok no problem. They never called us one time and communicated with us about our car. So by Tues. afternoon. I am sure it will be ready. Well to my surprise they had fixed my car BUT leaned on a part of the engine with their hand and broke a part that can not be picked up new. This is what Scott told my husband. So being impatient as I am and hearing they GLUED this part back together. I asked what the part was. I was told by a mechanic in these words. The square thing on top that the oxgen hoses hook up to. Well that wasnt much to go on but I called a man I know that owns a salvage and parts business and I was told they had the part.( Where I bought the car.) So tell my why the next day Weds. my car was not fixed? Why they never went out and got this part. Well this is what I am told Weds. afternoon.. WE ran out of gas in your car on the side of the road going to get gas. Well why? I had a half tank of gas and my fuel gauge works. I was told by Scott, "we were driving your car around alot." Now it is Thurs morning and I still dont have my car. I cant sleep and I am wondering when my car will be ready. This was my husbands vacation and that is our only car. Not to mention can you believe this man wants us to pay the bill for the original problem!! NEVER take your car there.

Full disclosure...this is about who they subcontract out to and this shops ownership of responsibility. I took a classic car to this shop for a transmission leak. After removing the transmission, they sent it to their "transmission shop" (3rd party shop) for repairs. Once I got the vehicle back, I discovered the leak was much worse than the original issue. I returned the car for "warranty" repairs. This time, the shop took the entire car to the transmission shop. Another week later, I retrieved the car with "work completed." Two days later, the vehicle was again leaking transmission fluid. After two attempts, and having sold the car in the midst, I was not comfortable taking it to this shop again; nor was the buyer. The real kicker...neither the transmission shop, nor the intermediary shop provided any remedy. I guess the solution was to deal with the leak and invest in transmission fluid or leave the car perpetually in the shop. Buyer beware.

I had scheduled for a appointment at 1130 and was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 and a half hours. Around 3pm I called to check on status of my car and the manager said they were just now getting to my vehicle. I was very upset because I needed my suv back at the time I was told. So I had no choice but to leave it even longer but later on when I went to pick up my car they advised me they did extra work on my vehicle that I did not ever approve, $100 more of work and would not give me my vehicle till I paid. I had to call police and still had to pay, I will never go back to this shop. You do not do extra stuff to someone car if they never approved that work to be done, So now I am taking them to small claims court...be careful if you use this shop. Sign for whatever work you want them to do so you do not become a victim as I did.

Absolutely the worst mechanic shop I have seen. Took my vehicle in for a simple spark plug fix. Picked it up the next day with my engine light on as well as my vehicle shaking. Took it back for the to fix the issue. Had it 2 days and did nothing to it and also drove my vehicle around! Will be contacting my lawyer.. Please do not take your vehicle to these people unless you want more problems..

John the owner and Ron his manager honestly do the best they can. I have been taking my three older vehicles to them for a decade now and know them to be honest. I have recommended them many times and everyone I sent their way was happy with them. It is nice to have a local mechanic that does a good job and does not try to take advantage of you.

Do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle here. you know what they say.. You can not trust a mechanic.They are not professional and they do not know how to fix a simple brake system. They say its one thing, then its another then another.. all the while never fixing the problem. The absolute worst auto repair shop I have ever been to.

Great service, reasonably priced. They are upfront and honest with you on whats wrong with your vehicle theyre not going to jerk you around and theyre going to get the work done in a quick timely fashion. Me and my family have been going to them for little over 20 years. I highly recommend them they work on all vehicles.

Another awesome job and very reasonably priced. They actually find the problem and fix it, not just throw parts at it. Have used FM78 Auto Center several times with great results, highly recommended. They serviced our Dodge Grand Caravan 3-7-2012.

Terrible experience! After going on $2500 to fix my AC,my vehicle is still broken and now they say they cant help me because its beyond their capabilities. This nightmare has been going on for months. My attorney will be contacting them soon!

Mechanics at this location are no good they are only good for inspection stickers and if it wasnt for the little machine computer goes underneath the steering area they would be lost stay away from them
