Unreliable and unrealistic recommendations . I stopped by for brake inspection when driving by after seeing their free brake inspection advert. To my shock, I was told that the rotors, brake-pads of my car need to be changed and quoted an exorbitant price. I wanted to take a second opinion, so I took my car to a couple of other brake repair shops. None of other brake shops I visited told me that the rotors are in good condition and doesnt need to be changed. Finally, I just replaced the rear brake pads at some other place for 1/3 rd of the price quoted here.

I recently took my 09 chevy tahoe into Sparks because my check engine light was on. I had a pleasant experience and the manager walked me through, step by step, the diagnoses of my vehicle. The repair services that were performed on my vehicle were affordable and I will tell you now that it was well worth its money. The manager was thorough in his explanation of the repairs that needed to be done and I understood completely. These guys are professional and honest. I give Sparks a thumbs up! Good job Sparks.

We took our car here because the check engine light was on. They ran diagnostics and told us we had to take it to the dealer because it was the main computer. After we got that repaired at the dealer we took our car back to Sparks and told them it was hesitating and had been for some time. They checked and said we needed new spark plugs. We replaced those and the car runs 100% better. We feel these are honest and fair people and would recommend them to all our family and friends.

I was on a 2000 mile delivery route on the weekend prior to June 22 and experienced alternator failure. I found the part and then found Sparks via google search. They got the part at 9:15 and the car was ready for me to pick up before11. I couldnt be happier! They even diagnosed other issues even though they knew I would not likely take care of them then and there.

Took two Vehicals for Tune-ups. That is all they needed. Both times the vehicals came out in worst condition. Seems like something else always breaks when they work on your car.. Just makes me wonder how many coustomers this has happen to.? Two for Two unsatifactory results. Iam NOT taking my third vehical there for a tune-up.
