I just had repairs done on my 04 Acura TL (took it to a quick lube place, and they stripped the threads on the oil pan) at HNA, and I wont be taking my car anywhere else. Called a few places to get a quote on how much the repair would be, and I kept getting ballpark figures. HNA gave me an exact dollar amount, which led me to take it to them. They were very professional and courteous, and Scott even got me a deal on a rental car to use while mine was in the shop. Lesson learned - I definitely wont be taking my baby to a quick lube place again, but I will definitely be going to HNA for everything from now on.

Replaced the entire HVAC system in my 04 TSX last summer, in the middle of August, for $2k after the dealer indicated it would be at least $3,500 to get the AC working again. The wife was ready to replace the car but HNA saved it. I am still driving it every day, I am still have to get my daughter to complain it is "too cold" in the car. The guys at HNA are no nonsense, get it done the first time, get it done right people. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I cant say anything to the mechanical expertise of the shop, but we had a very difficult time arranging for a used car inspection. The gentlemen was kind on the phone and told us to come by anytime, but then they were closed from noon to 1:30 for lunch. He told us to come back after 1:30, but they never answered the phone up till two. Perhaps be very specific as to when the place will be open and able to take vehicles.

GREAT service and diagnosed my actual problem. Couldnt get that from the dealer. Communication was super and they delivered on time and on budget. Ill never go anywhere else.
