I will never use public storage again. Completely unprofessional. I signed up for 2 months and paid up front the first day. When I went to move my stuff in later that day, I realized they gave my the wrong unit. I walked into the office to clarify my unit and they told me it was "all good." A week later I receive a call from them telling me I would need to come in to sign another lease because they assigned the wrong unit to me. I live an hour away, so this wasnt reasonable especially since I did everything right. It was their mistake. They didnt apologize for making a mistake or offer any incentive to come in and fix it for them so I let them figure it out. Of course they couldnt figure it out. I came in today on my moving day and my gate code didnt work. They changed the code and did not notify me. They could have emailed, called, warned me about this since I did pay a ridiculous amount of money for a 5x10 spot. Do not use this location. Youll regret it.

In this world of rampant mediocrity in customer service, it is refreshing to meet a representative like KATE. My renting experience was a breeze, thanks to KATE. I am currently dealing with the loss of my dear Mom, selling her home, selling my home, relocating to Houston, and finding a job - all major stressors. KATE was kind, professional. and informative taking me thru the process. She does not just punch a clock - she is truly concerned about customer satisfaction AND I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER! My wife and I worked with a young lady by the name of Briana, very alert, efficient, considerate, respectful and very, very helpful. Knowing that I was recovering from surgery, she offered me her chair while we were doing the paperwork. There is a cart used to transfer boxes from the truck to the inside units. She brought that cart to our building before we even got there! Even though the unit we were renting was not that far, realizing my relative impairment, she took us there to inspect it in a golf cart! Wow! We must say that this is the best customer service that we have ever experienced. It is because of this that we give the Public Storage facility at 1601 Beltline in Coppell 5 stars.

I could not be more please with the friendliness and assistance I received today setting up a 10 x 20 unit today! Kate, the young lady that help me today went out of her way to make sure my needs we met, helped me log in and set up my reservation and was more than helpful and patient with my lack of experience with doing so. She Helped me save my 15% by setting up on line as well as got me my first months rent for $1.00!!! This is the type of customer service we had many years back, and seeing this today gives me great hope that all is not lost to the fast pace lifestyles most of us live today. Andrea and Kate were very professional, pleasant, helpful and efficient in getting me set up with my storage unit. Although I had made the initial reservation on line a couple of days in advance of my need, I decided to change to a larger unit the next day. I wound up going on line, calling the 800 number, and visiting the on-site office to get this done--to assure myself that I was not in fact going to be charged for both units. A&K calmed my fears and got me processed and on my way very quickly--which was very much appreciated so I could get back to de-cluttering our house in advance of a remodeling project.. They even laughed at my pathetic jokes!

I made my reservation online. I was AMAZED at how quickly a Public Storage representative reached out to me. I got a call from a very friendly and professional rep within FIVE minutes!! He verified when Id be going in to secure my storage area and told me everything I would need to have with me when I went into the actual location to pay for my unit. I worked with Kate at the location. She was extremely professional even when she had to work around difficult circumstances (network connections not working). She did not turn anyone away in the difficulty. She helped me finalize my storage needs. I would recommend her and Public Storage any day!

I was dreading the experience of finding a storage unit that was clean and affordable. And wasnt sure what to expect, Kate (at belt line store) was so pleasant and accommodating. It gave me peace of mind to know that my personal items were going to be taken care of. She even help me figure out the website and assisted me with my online reservation.I have a new opinion about finding storage. Not impreesed AT ALL. Rented storage unit yesterday. Of course, as all storage facilities do, Im nickel and dimed. The refused to give me access to my unit until I either purchased their special lock or brought mine from home. Waited until they opened at 9:30am... Its now 9:59 and NO ONE is here... The place is not open and I have movers trying to get me moved into my spot. Shameful. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible terrible way to run a storage facility where timeliness is so important.

I had a unit with this location for about 3 years. They have changed up the staff a little bit, and I was very impressed with the service Ive received from Cindy. We bought a house and had to clean/close out our unit. She made the process so easy and even followed up with me over the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like this really does stand out and makes such a huge difference. It is very clear that she enjoys her job and her positive attitude shines through.

I have been having trouble with my email acct and Cindy helped me figure out what the problem was and how to address it. I have had several contacts with Cindy and Bailey at this Coppell locaation and I cannot stress enough how helpful AND very pleasant and knowledgeable they both are. Cindy was so very very pleasant and helpful on the telephone and just as helpful in person. I cannot imagine any better experience at any facility. They are really outstanding!

I had the best experience with Kate, I went in looking for some packing supplies not knowing what I really needed and Kate was so knowledgeable about all of the products that are offered and walked me step by step through each room of the house asking very detailed information to make sure I received everything I needed, not what she wanted me to have. I would recommend anyone to go to this location and ask for Kate shes the absolute best!

Early October I went to Public Storage 10 minutes prior to closing to get a storage unit. Kate was so incredibly helpful, taking the time to properly educate me on the unit types, showed me two units so I could compare sizes, and even helped me get the proper moving supplies. Most people rush you out when its closing time, but she was very kind and made sure I was happy when I left. Thanks so much for the excellent service Kate.
