This is my first time using Public Storage, and once I entered the office the customer service rep Tewanna was awesome. She gave me some much information and detail regarding the process and automated billing. I was blown away with her professionalism. I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family and coworkers. If you want to treated with class, this is the location for you!

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!- The site itself is ok, BUT if you EVER have to call their Customer Service line, PLEASE let it be a Sunday, when you are in a VERY pleasant mood, for they are RUDE AS HELL! I repeat(& I called twice!) they are RUDE AS HELL! And was rude over THEIR OWN mistake. Never again will I use them OR anyone/company affiliated with them...BUYER BEWARE!! TRY OTHERS!!

My experience with calling and visiting the Public Storage in Grand Prairie was and phenomenal experience my first time ever putting anything into storage Tewanna was very helpful she showed me my storage area unlocked the door and explain each process very throughly. I would reccommend friends and family to this Storage site. Thanks to all and Staff.

Horrible and will charge you extra fees even after you have paid your bill on time. Then they will call and harass you about paying the extra and threaten to sale your unit. They wont stop until you go to off on them and threaten to file a claim with corporate and the BBB. Suffice to say, I will never use Public Storage again.

It is nice, I have seen several dead bugs near my unit. I dont like the fact that I have never missed a payment or been late, but the rent goes up by about $12 every year! When I first put stuff into storage, it was $96 a month...now it is $133. The only reason I have not moved it elsewhere is because I live out of state.

I went in to reserve space for my furniture and was helped by an amazing associate named Cameron. Cameron was very helpful, professional and patient. Companies need more people such as Cameron around due to the outstanding customer service displayed. Thanks again and I will return to obtain that awesome service given.

The service I received from Morgan was the best. She took her time and made sure she explained the whole storage process throughly. She also took me and showed me the actual storage before I signed any paperwork. I would most definitely refer you guys to friends and family. You rock Morga.

#sweg she as in being Tewanna gave me a majestic tour to Narnia, but when I got there it was better than that. upon arrival to the unit we were greeted by whimsical gnomes that demanded that I pay lower than what my friend was charging, and there was a gay robot. the end
