I have bee going to Koko Fit Club for over a year, and I have seen real results! I am much stronger and leaner. I never get bored because the workouts change every day. I love that although this is a "gym", it doesnt feel like one at all. It feels like an awesome place to get a workout and get healthy!

I loved the December challenge!!! It motivated me to get more rest, drinks lots of water and have less sugar. It also helped me to move more and as a result, I didnt gain weight over the Christmas holidays.
