This gym is such a wonderful place to fall in love with the sport of gymnastics. The coaches are so wonderful and caring I cannot stress that enough. You arent just a number to them. They actually care about you as a gymnast and a person. I made the switch from a big name gym nearby in cypress to whgc. At West Houston, they give every child a chance regardless of age. They will work with you to make you better and achieve your dreams. Im thankful for the opportunity they gave me. They are experts and skilled at what they do. They know the science of gymnastics and know how to explain corrections in ways each gymnast can understand. If you are looking for a gym in Houston check this place out, it is magnificent. There is no better gym than WHGC

My whole family LOVES West Houston Gym. I chose this gym before others that I was looking at because they offer classes for toddlers that dont revolve around flipping on the floor. Theyre on the trampolines, balance beams, rings - and safety is a priority. Not only do they teach the skills needed for gymnastics, they also teach skills needed in everyday life such as respect and pushing yourself to improve and keep going even though it seems scary or hard (one of my favorites is also correct grammar). I recommend this gym to everyone I meet if the subject of gymnastics comes up in conversation.

So far we love it! WE are glad we made the change from CAG to WGC, you can find a parking spot right when you pull up, so no long 10+ minutes waiting on one and you dont lose your child because of the over crowding. Very pleased and excited to see just how "focused" the coaches are on their teams during practices. This is definitely not your "sit down and watch your kid play ring around the rosie," this is for the serious kiddos who want to learn and compete!

We started gymnastics right when our son turned 3. In three months time we could see him able to do things he was previously unable to do. Now at almost 4 his skill level continues to increase and he enjoys it so much. He loves coach Geoff and loved coach Karley when he was in evening classes. We also love Dimetria in the office. She knows everything and always helps with a friendly attitude and smile.

We absolutely love WEST HOUSTON GYMNASTICS CLUB! The coaches are knowledgable and passionate! Not only do the coaches work on gymnastics skills, but they also teach the kids the importance of discipline, hard work, respect and team work. Both my girls have grown so much since starting.The staff always goes above and beyond in all that they do!!

By far, the best coaching in the Houston area. Its obvious from the moment you walk through the doors, that this gym is a gymnastics-training facility, not a quick-turn/churn-and-burn/lets-enroll-as-many-kids-as-possible-just-to-make-money machine. Respect, discipline, and teamwork are nurtured on a daily basis. Couldnt ask for a better gym!

Fabulous gym.. small class.. Real training.. My daughter loved the class from the very begining.... In Two classes my daughter has improved drastically what she had learned at "cypress academy" (which was a complete waste of time, money and was getting her no where by the way) for alittle over 7 months... We are both very pleased.. :)

West Houston is a " Top-Notch" gym, for competitive and non-competitive gymnasts. The coaches are caring and dedicated. As a parent, I like that safety is most important and that the coaches and owners "Communicate" with the parents regularly. Every skill level is welcomed and nourished. That was the "plus" for me.

Such a great place for gymnasts of all skill levels, from beginners to team. The coaches are the BEST and are very dedicated to their students. We love it here and are grateful for all the great coaching, support, and effort spent helping the girls grow in their skills and personally as well!
