I absolutely love this place! The instructors are amazing, friendly, encouraging and extremely helpful! You really do feel like family in there! I am seeing results with going twice a week so far. And I look forward to upping my game a bit and going more often. I feel stronger and just better overall. The staff keep the facility very clean and neat and it is a very comfortable place to be. The workouts are so fun and challenging at the same time and it just keeps you coming back for more!

This is THE BEST work out ever!! The instructors are AMAZING!! I have never done kickboxing before and was a bit nervous at first. The instructors made me feel so comfortable and took time to show me all the moves. The energy level is off the charts, its fun...yes fun to work out! That first 15 minutes is exhausting but man once you get past that your home free!! I LOVE kickboxing!!

Very much liked the workout I got here. The staff are all workout maniacs, so you know you are being taught by more of a professional than just some gym-goer who decided they want to get a job at a kick boxing place. Its clean, and theres no judgement from the other students or from your instructors! We all are here just to have fun/workout/beat up some bags.

This gym is amazing. The coaches are great, constantly encouraging you to push harder. The workout is intense but fun. I enjoyed this so much, Ive gifted memberships for christmas. The gym is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Other members are super supportive as well.
