I have been faithfully paying Fitness 19 for a couple of years now, and enjoyed their facility. I recently moved away and contacted the business to cancel my membership due to my move. The lady on the phone understood, and said shed take care of it. Now a few weeks later, the business is harassing me daily with phone calls and texts (several a day, and sometimes several per minute) telling me they cant honor my earlier cancellation (more accurately, they are pretending they did not get it) and that I must fly back to Texas and cancel in person, and that they will continue to accumulate charges on my account until I do so. (The payments stopped when I changed my billing address when I moved.) This seems to be a recurring theme for these creeps.

The only reason I gave them 5 stars is so you can see this comment. The staff is terrible and they play you out of your money. Im in college so I dont have money to begin with and the double charged my card and say they cant refund the money because they cant "authorize" it if its already been processed. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to keep what little money you have. The staff is rude and they are all playing you.

Stay away from this place at all costs. These people are nothing but bunch of greedy animals who are after your money. I cancelled my back in May. I specifically went to the place, & spoke to the manager and told him to cancel my membership. I gave him all the paperwork that he asked for. Now, after 4 months later, these scumbags are still charging me. This place deserve to be shut down.

Horrible experience, the owner elmo lied prices when signing up, act like i had a special promotion and charged me double of what he said and refused to give money back, thankfully my bank got it back, do j0t waste your time here with these filthy liars, an employee even agreed with me, Digital signature is bs. , they can jist copy and paste and alter the contract

Good amount of equipment for being in a shopping center suite. Getting ridiculously overcrowded though, and there is no room for expansion in their current location. Its almost to the point I only work out on weekends, seeing how I work days. Cant speak for weekday mornings, but most evenings I end up throwing in the towel halfway into a workout.

Extremely rude and arrogant manager at west rd and quenston, calls me rude and having accent rather being sorry for messing up, they just try to trap you by being so sweet in the first place , take your credit card and charge you even you dont use their facility for a micro second. I would never recommend his place to anyone

I was there today, and I believe they have a new manager (blonde guy?) all I see him do is clean and help with customers. The girls who sit at the desk dont do much though. Very nice gym equipment, I was at the Y before this but now the kids are at school so I didnt see the point...

I love this gym. Ive been a member to many others and this gym Im going to stay with. It is not fancy and if you are looking for classes or a pool than its not for you. However, It is clean.. The staff are great and Ive never had to wait for a machine. It has everything I need.

Very satisfied for what it is: a gym with plenty of equipment at a low cost. If you want a bunch of extras, go to another gym and pay 10x more a month. If you want a place to get in, work out, get going, then this is it. Works for me.

Equipment is broke down take months before they fix it. People on staff are rude. They do not mail you an itemized statement nor let you know about extra charges on your bill. Do NOT go to this gym.

Been at the gym for about a year and a half yes they are busy it gets a little packed but everything always work. For the most part people work out and move on child care is amazing

Beware. Rude staff and Manager. Overcharged monthly payments. And when i spoke to them about the extra charges the manager was rude and did not refund the money. Total rip off

Ventilation is poor... Gym Sweat smell is rampant. But it has very very good stock of equipment, free weights and machine... But cant get over the horrible gym smell

Been a member for a few years now. I never have to wait for a treadmill. It gets crowded at times but you just gotta find the perfect time that works for you.

Weve been going to Fitness19 for about four years now. The price is right and we get a great early morning workout four times a week.

Good well kept clean gym. Just cant get past the fact theirs no locker room or showers so plan on going back home before work.
