I dropped off 11 items to this dry cleaner on Tuesday. I was expecting to be able to pick up my cleaning on Wednesday, but the lady working there told me that Wednesday was too busy of a day for them, and that they would be available on Thursday, despite the fact that they normally have next day service. I was desperate as I was running out of work clothes, so I left them for the two days. I asked her if she could please make sure my pants had no creases among other requests (heavy starch on shirts, ect.) when I arrived on Thursday to pick up my clothes, all of my pants (4 out of the 11 items) had creases. when I told her, she claimed that I didnt tell her I didnt want creases. I asked her could she remove the crease, and she told me that I would have to pay for dry cleaning again, since she couldnt just iron them out. I dont understand what kind of customer service that was. I paid for the clothes and left. she offered a frequent buyer card (spend $100, get $20 off), which seemed like a good deal, considering that I run up quite the tab being a female on dry cleaning trips. I told her she could keep the card because I wouldnt be coming back. when I got home, I noticed that my clothes were not clean nor did they smell fresh. It looked like they simply starched my pants and ironed my shirts, without any type of cleaning. I would have appreciated if this dry cleaner would have at least offered to re-process my pants, due to their error, free of charge for me, but they refused to do so. even a discount off the pants or giving me the pants free of charge would have been appropriate, as I paid $50 for the shirts and $20 for the pants. this appears to be a small operation with two employees, so attempting to speak with a manager was pointless, as I’m sure the lady that refused re-processing my pants owned the place. rather than make a scene with her, I figured that leaving a review would be more effective.

I dropped off several jackets and more to be cleaned and when I returned to pick them up one of my jackets was ruined with some kind of burn on it. I supplied the owner with receipts from the place I purchased the jacket. He not only refused to pay for it but never refunded my money. He is a thief and a liar. His service is bad as you can tell from not only my review but the others as well. I spoke to him and he refused to pay for anything. This guy is dishonest do NOT take anything to any of his locations in HP or uptown or any other place.

I would give this a zero star, but you have to give it at least one to comment. Dropped a shirt, never came back. Their excuse is it "Had a food stain". Strange, it didnt when I dropped it off at 7:15am.....wont be back for at least a day, and I fly out of town tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The last 2 out of 3 times that I used their service they have lost an article of clothing. They are less than helpful in resolving the issue. I will not be returning to this store.
