I brought my bridesmaid gown to this location for cleaning. The bottom of the dress had light dirt stains along the bottom hems. When I returned to pick up the gown there were blue/purple chemical stains on the outer tulle portion of the gown as well as the underlining. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, she stated that I brought the gown in with these stains (since when is the customer wrong?). Of course, I refuted her claims as dirt stains are brown or black not purple/blue. I requested for the dress to receive further cleaning. When I returned a second time, the stains were still present. The woman repeatedly tried to convince me that those stains were present when I brought the gown in for cleaning. She charged me $15.00 instead of $20.00 for ruining my gown. In sum, I will never return to any of the Best Cleaners, as the customer service has left much to be desired as well as $250 down the drain. By they way, generic cleaning chemicals one can find at their local grocery store are being used to clean your garments. They leave them out on the front counter for all to see.

This is just a sub station meaning that they do not perform production or processing of any sort there.If the finished product was sub- standard the nice woman or he daughter politely apologize and send the garment back to the location where the cleaning and ticket assembly is performed. So if anyone is unsatisfied with their quality of cleaning they need to complain to the facility that processes the orders. This is a customer relations division only they receive clothing and do not process nor Iron not perform alterations of any kind.

The service here is terrible. They have lost 2 shirts of mine from Nordstrom, both over $100. The first time they claimed no responsibility. The second time they lost another shirt again and said they werent responsible for it while I had a ticket for the item. I told her that this is the second time she lost my shirt. Then she started screaming at me f you and kicked me out of the store. I had to go back with the police to pick up the rest of the clothes.

Bed place I ever seen.. I give my husband shirt to dry cleaning and that old lady lost my husband one shirt.. really? And her attitude horrible. 60$ shirt she lost and she said I cant give you money back or not respond.. Her attitude omg, really hate that lady.. please do not go this place

Too bad I couldnt give them zero stars. Brought 2 white dress shirts in to clean. Went to pick them up and they were still dirty. I think the cranky old lady just ironed them. Then she wanted to argue with me and charge me $6.81. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT CLEAN CLOTHES.
