My family has used Comet for years and loved it but todays experience leads me to believe that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for Comet. I had a horrible experience with the manager (older man) today. He gave me such a hassle regarding misleading ticketing which was totally his fault. I was charged more than what I was given a ticket for. While acknowledging that this was misleading he never offered any type of apology but sarcastically asks IF I WANT MY CLOTHES OR NOT. Needless to say, I will not return. Please play close attention to your orders at this location.

Ok we like the people at this location but they are suppose to be a "premium" cleaners. Their quality on the back end sucks. They screwed up two ties placing black marks on them and refusing to do anything and they just lost my wifes very expensive dress today. Oh they are willing to pay for the dress but WTH? Were moving on never going back. Can anyone recommend?

Have a customer for the last 9 years, always impecable, 0 bad experiences, 0 complaints and the old guy attending this location is a blast, very funi, dry humor. Owners are excelent people who care very much about their customers and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. I recommend this business to all my friends and colleagues.
