I was referred to this dry cleaning business by my sister who lives in Stonebridge. My first experience is my last. I took 19 items in to be cleaned and came back in two days to pick them up. I had an idea of the cost before arriving to pick them up (after 8+ years of dry cleaning and checking the price list at the business). I gave the attendant my ticket and was told that my bill was $40. I told the attendant that there must be a mistake - it should be around $24. I told him that I had came to that price after adding up there advertised (large price list on board behind counter) prices. He told me that he had asked the manager/ owner several times to change the prices because they were out-dated. I asked to speak to the manager. He went to the back and a woman came to the counter. I told the woman that I was confused about the pricing that was advertised and the price I was charged. She told me that I was the first person to ever complain and that she had been in business for a long time and that is the way it is. I explained to her that I had been using a cleaners in Plano for 4+ years and never been charged (3) different amounts for shirts and (2) different amounts for pants?! She told me that she knew that cleaning company and in fact they do charge different amounts. She then would not give me her name - instead continually told me that she has been in business for a long time and that is the way it is. As I was listening to her tell me how great she is one of the attendants told me again that they have requested the owners change the price list so there is no confusion from customers. When I asked for her name again she told me that she really was not there??! One of the attendants told me she was the wife of the owner. She was rude, would not acknowledge my problem and walked off telling me she is an expert in dry cleaning and that is the way it is. I told her that she has lost me as a customer, my sister as a customer and anyone else that I speak to regarding cleaning. She said that was fine. Unbelievable!!!!

Maybe this was my fault...but in April of 08, I noticed a charge on my credit card for about $100 from this place. I called and asked where the charge came from and they said that in December of the previous year, I picked up some clothes and they didnt charge my card for them, and that they just went back and charged it. I was LIVID. Not only did they charge my card months later, they didnt even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know beforehand. Then...last month, I dropped off clothes there for a trip that I was taking a few days later. When I returned to pick up my clothes, they charged my card for the cleaning. That same night, they also added a charge of nearly $6000! As a result, my account was overdrawn, and twelve items attempted to clear, but were assesed a charge of $30 each due to the NSF. (I have not had an NSF on my checking account since before my 19 year old was born.) It took four days (remember my trip?) to get the bank to try to rectify this, and when I contacted Mr. Cha, the manager, he told me that it was up to the bank to fix it. He then told me that he went to the bank and the manager told him that my account had been fixed. I went back to drop off the bag that they charged me a deposit for, and I didnt not get the deposit back. No apology, nothing. Even though he admitted that his wife rang my card incorrectly. I will buy Dryel sheets from now on if I have to. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO!!!

I transferred my business to this store about a year ago because it is close. I picked up five shirts Tuesday, Dec 23rd and one was missing. The guy at the front desk (his name not mentioned here) said that the operator tore it on the rack they put the wet shirt on after being washed and said for me to return when the owner was in for a reimbursement or store credit. I drove back today, Dec 26th about 4:45 and the same guy greeted me by name and, again, very polite. My shirt was still hanging on the managers door. She is the wife of the owner. I said Id settle for $20 and she refused and said it was an old shirt and it was not her fault but the fault of the washing machine. She kept arguing and said she was upset with ME! This is not a way to run a business. The guy behind the counter suggested she pay the $20 to keep my business but she kept arguing. Finally, I said I give up and it was not worth the hassle of raising my blood pressure. They do not replace buttons and you will always get an item with a cracked or missing button. I would not recommend you choose these folks as your cleaner. Its not worth the trouble. Eventually, they will go out of business....it is just a matter of time.

Ill never use them again. 1. Had some summer shirts done there. Opened the plastic some weeks later to use and they smelled like dirty laundry (BO). Seems they were pressed but never actually cleaned. 2. Another time, I gave them some slacks, and when I got them back, the slacks had little holes on the legs, as if they had been over heated when pressed, and the material split. I pointed that out to the owner, and she just said, "hoe awready dere... hoe awready dere." No refund, no compensation, just "hoe awready dere..." 3. In a pinch, we gave them a white Christmas tablecloth for same-day cleaning. Opened on Christmas Eve and it had a huge brown spot on it. I went back and demanded a refund. They agreed to credit, and each time I brought clothes to them, the refund was never in the system and they insisted I owed them money.

Worst dry cleaners I have ever used. READ all the reviews. The owner could care less if you post how he treats his customers. They damage your clothes and do nothing to fix them. I visited last week and I had just washed my truck and they were spraying starch out the vents on the side of the building near the drive up lane. They sprayed the starch all over my truck and refused to compensate me the $26.00 I had just spent 10 minutes earlier at Parkway Auto Spa. I am contacting the Environmental Protection Agency and then lets see how much laughing the owner and his help will do when they show up. I would give this place zero stars if I could its that bad!!!!!

DONT USE THEM!! I had about 10 items that are completely ruined. I got them back, and they were either shrunk severely, or they were covered in some kind of oil. The owner said that I wasnt telling the truth! Told me to bring in all items, leave them with him, and he would give me in store credit, if he could see what I was talking about. Who would want in store credit for a business that has cost me a ton of money.NEVER APOLOGIZED, or offered to refund my money! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! STAY AWAY!
