Paramount used to be an excellent dry cleaners, 5 stars with the original owners. Cant say the same for the new owners. Ive dropped off my husbands white dress shirts, and they come back with yellow stains. I politely asked for them to clean the stains out. They started blaming me for giving them stained shirts! SERIOUSLY - WOW ! Before dropping things at the cleaners I check them carefully for stains - so I can point out what needs work. These 5 shirts did NOT have stains prior to being dry cleaned. In addition, they regularly crease our dress pants on the SIDES instead of the front & back. WOW - that is such a basic detail to regularly miss. I constantly check the pants before I pay for them, and at least once or twice a month, pants have to be re-done. Can no longer recommend Paramount Cleaners. Sadly, we are looking for a new place to take our dry cleaning.

This is the Best Dry Cleaners in North Texas, I wear Custom Made Clothing and Momin & Ali have been taking really good care of my clothing for almost 20 years. They had a store on Legacy & Independence in Plano, thats where I had found them and I will follow these guys anywhere. Case and point, I currently live in Bedford Texas and drive to Plano a couple times a month. I tried a Cleaners near me and they burnt a $300.00 Custom Shirt and would own up to it, I apologized for cheating on these guys. Take it from me folks, I drive 43 miles one way because if you spend what I spend they are worth the drive. Great service, courtesy and excellent Dry Cleaners. Tell them I sent you!!

They had another location at Legacy and Independence that I used for many years, always with great results. When they closed that location, I tried many other cleaners, hoping to find another very close to home or on my way to and from work. None came close to duplicating the quality of the work that these folks do. I finally came back, and realized that this location is only 3 miles further away. I couldnt be happier. After one laundering, even older shirts have not looked better in a very long time. The is not a bargain cleaners, but this is a case of getting what you pay for. Im glad to be back with the folks who run Paramount.

Paramount Cleaners is one dry cleaning establishment that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! I recently switched to Paramount and due to a mistake on my part left a clothing article at the cleaners that I needed the next day. We reached after the store closed and I was desperate....the owner came to our rescue, came all the way to the store after office hours, opened it and located the article, spotlessly clean and beautifully finished. They are simply the best dry cleaners weve tried in the Plano area. If you havent yet, try them- you wont be disappointed.

I had a very expensive custom made jacket that I needed cleaned immediately for a huge business event. My usual cleaners could not get it back to me in time and I searched for a reputable cleaner that I could trust. After reading several reviews I decided Paramount would be my best option. I was SO ECSTATIC about the results that I have not stopped going and they are my new dry cleaner even though its 20 minutes from my home. Certainly WORTH the drive!!! They consistently give great care and attention to all the small details!

This is the best cleaners in town. I moved and still drive out of my way to go this place. The owners are super friendly and always ask about my family and how I am. Small town feeling! Also, they do a great job with my clothes. I really trust them with my most valued items such as religious ceremony items and delicate materials. I had been taking my/spouse clothes to a number of cleaners and each time my wife complained about her clothes. I really was at my wits end with cleaners. I decided to give Paramount Cleaners in Plano, Tx a try. I told them that my wife was very particular about her clothes coming back from the cleaners and would inspect them. Great customer service, friendly, and my clothes are cleaned to perfection!!! I had a dressed cleaned elsewhere were the color faded over. They explained why this happened and beyond disbelief after the first cleaning it looks almost brand new. I definitely recommend. As for price its reasonable.. you pay for what you are getting!! They are good.

I have been using Paramount Cleaners since my other go to cleaners went out of business last year. Paramount Cleaners has done an outstanding job, with very fast turnaround. Pick-up and drop-off is very fast and under cover. So rain is not an issue. I wish now that my other cleaners had gone out of business sooner.

I tried them for couple of years. Last I visited them was seven months back. I got my clothes ironed without washing. I was told that they are oil stains and cant get rid of them. I stopped going there. And later the so called oil stains by Paramount disappeared with the next laundry :)

I highly recommend Paramount Cleaners. They do an excellent job on both laundry and dry cleannig. They test everything before they clean it to ensure they do not cause damage to the item. They are thorough and reasonable and have some great coupon deals available currently.
