What did I like about it? Absolutely nothing. The service was absolutely terrible. There isnt a manager there half the time. I was quoted an incorrect price and when I came in to pick up my stuff they tried to charge me more than they had originally stated. When I told them I was glad to pay the amount they had told me in the first place I was basically told there was nothing they could do and the little girl that works there accused me of lying to get free service. I asked her to stop talking to me and she continued to yell at me until her coworker told her to stop and calm down. They refused to give me my comforter until I agreed to pay this obcene price. All in all my comforter wasnt even cleaned properly and I will probably have to take it right back to another dry cleaners to get the job done right. Never returning to this place again. Shocked their still in business when they treat people like that.

New to McKinney, I recently tried out this cleaners and recently decided never to use them again. I have skimmed through the other reviews and can confirm they did not lose nor dispose of any of my clothes. The wait staff was slightly attentive and nonchalant. I dropped off lightly soiled clothing and picked up properly pressed lightly soiled clothing. I complained and returned the clothes, they apologized and cleaned them with no understanding of what went wrong. Based on my experience with cleaners and this location (in general). They are not overly interested in properly cleaning. Either Management is lacking or theyve created an environment based on saving money by only partially cleaning clothes. If you like the location and the people, by all means...enjoy. But , if you are more concerned with the level of prompt service...find a better cleaners.

We have been loyal customers for three years of this place despite the negative reviews and several other local options. Recently we lost a shirt there and we have talked to Minh, the owner, with no resolve. Yesterday I called the store 20+ times in a 6 hour period and finally the phone was answered. A young man told me that the owner leaves by 8 am. Today I started calling at 7am to talk to the owner, no one answered the phone for hours and finally when done young lady did she said that the owner is not there. I left my name and phone number, lets see if I ever get a callback. Its not about a lost shirt, a business should answer their phone and there should be some responsible party present to listen to a customer complaint. The reviews are correct, this place is completely run by teenagers.

Havent been here in over a year, maybe two. Thats because they are horrible. They ruined a coat and they break buttons on about every 3 shirts. Every single time I would pick up shirts, I would have broken buttons. EVERY... SINGLE... TiME... And then you would have a shirt you could not wear and you would have to take it back and pay them $1.00 to replace the buttons they broke. Just a waste of time and ultimately a waste of money. Admittedly, they charge less up front, but when you add up all the button fees (at least for me), theyre one of the more expensive places around. Must be some kind of broken button tax conspiracy. The owner must have worked for the phone company. Its the only thing that can explain it.

DO NOT USE. We have been using this laundry since it opened, however, over the last 6 months, they have ruined several of my business shirts AND TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THE TREATMENT of the shirts. I took 5 BRAND NEW shirts in to have them washed and ironed and they ruined every one of them. They were over ironed and looked burned. When I took them back to show the manager, I was told that they could not have possibly done the damage and I must have done something to them. I never took them out of the plastic they cover them with or even had them on. They were brand new! Previously, they ironed the tips off of the collars of three other shirts. After a total of 8 or 9 shirts ruined, I vowed to never go back.

I will never take another piece of clothing to this place as long as I live. I tried it out because its convenient and the place had just opened. I took shirts to this place that were brand new, worn only a couple of times and they came back with NEW STAINS. The shirts went in with NO stains and came back with NEW stains. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. Now all my shirts have what appears to be rust stains. In fact the last visit, they held one shirt back because they were "working" on getting a stain out .... I know for a fact it did not have a rust stain when I brought it in. Stay away from these guys at all cost.

I wish I could give a zero star review, as this is the worst dry cleaning ever! They tore my $1,000 suit. I asked them why and they said we dont know. The last thing that they could have done is apologize, but apparently they were so rude that they did not do that. They said that they couldnt do anything about how they tore my $1,000 suit. I cant believe how them and their machine tore my $1,000 suit. I called them and they didnt respond when I asked them about the machine. So, they are lying. I beg you to not come here.

Horrible place. Went in with all my clothes to get them cleaned. The person at the counter said ok, took all my things and told me to come back at 5 to pick them up. I went back and it turns out they threw away all my underwear. Apparently, they have a policy of just throwing out underwear without telling the customer before hand! The manager refused to give any kind of compensation, or even apologize. What a jerk. Horrible management, terrible service. Dont ever go here. Ever.

Took a $550 comforter to be dry cleaned and they washed it. We have left several messages for the manager but no return phone calls. The kids working there say the manager is only there at 6:30am and when I went up there at that time everyone stated that the Manger was not there. They stated they would keep it to show the manager and when we went back up there to pick it up it looks like it was thrown on the ground and trampled over for several days. DO NOT USE THID COMPANY!!!!

I love these guys. Hours are great. They have a drive thru that makes it all the more convenient. And they have a very competitive price for laundered shirts thats every day. So I dont have to wait until some magic day of the week to take my shirts in. No hassle. I bring in 40 shirts at a time. Ive been using them for two years. Never lost or damaged anything. I want my laundry and dry cleaning done fast and inexpensive and I get that here.
