This was our first time that we used Park West Cleaners and the last time. We dropped off my husbands 10 shirts that needed to be dry cleaned. Our bill came to $60 dollars. $60 bucks?? The lady said we charge $6 dollars for each item dry cleaned. Wow..I guess it was my fault for not asking how much they charge before taking my shirts there. Lesson learned. Customers BEWARE

Ive used their service several times and am very happy. I took in a shirt that had a really tough stain. I washed it countless times with no success, tried different methods. Took it to them, stain is gone!!! Cant even tell there was a stain! Comforters, clothes, etc....everything turned out great. Great customer service, quality of work, and timeliness.

My previous cleaners (of 15+ years) had closed and had made me very spoiled. These guys are EXTREMELY customer focused and bend over backwards to accommodate just about any request. Weve had a bit of a learning curve coming over to Park West, but again - they have been very accommodating, and any issues they have worked diligently to rectify.

Be careful, fine print of the coupons they send say you must hand in the coupon when dropping off your clothes. Why? So they can clean them but not do as good a job? I mean, should it matter if I give them the coupon when I check out vs when I drop the clothes off? Owner not understanding, didnt care. Wont be back.
