Ok so first off I NEVER EVER write reviews on ANYTHING. Like if they are good, then great for them and if they are bad, well then too bad for them. Not to mention Im always like I am WAY to busy to stop what Im doing to type up a review. I mean Im one person, honestly what difference could I make one way or another....... But I HAD to stop my crazy hectic life and totally rant about this place. I am for sure a hard pleaser. Im a perfectionist with OCD. So you can imagine how I want my or I should say my husbands dry cleaning done. Art has completely blown our expectations out of the water on pretty much a daily basis. Owner personally texts me if she is running late to pick up or drop off. Always communicates with me about picking up our clothes. Asks if we need extra pick ups or if we need anything fixed or starched differently. We had a full bag one day and needed the clothes cleaned quickly. They picked up immediately and dropped back off later that afternoon. Pick up AND delivery is completely free of charge and they do NOT jack up their cleaning prices to overcompensate the pick up and delivery. The staff and owners are always extremely happy and friendly. They always put a smile on my face and make me feel important and not just a "customer". I seriously can not say enough good things about this place. Their customer service, their desire to go above and beyond and their spot on pricing makes this cleaners in a completely different playing field than any other.

I seriously cannot say how glad I am that I discovered this place. I only use a dry cleaner every once in a blue moon. I am extremely picky about mine, my husbands and even my childrens clothes not being stained, faded, pilled, etc., so I wasnt sure which dry cleaner would be best, and I had quite a lot of clothes to be cleaned! After reading through various businesses reviews on Google, Yelp, Angies List, Facebook, etc., I chose Art Cleaners based on the consistent amount of positive reviews they had, and, WOW, did I ever make a great choice! They were several miles from my house, and I passed quite a few other cleaners on the way, but it was so worth driving a few extra miles to guarantee that my clothes were cleaned in a manner which met my very high standards. Also, their customer service was amazing. I almost feel like I have made a new friend in Nida! Im very happy to give Art Cleaners 5 stars.

I have used many cleaners over the years and this is hands down the best one. From quality to price to customer service. They remember their customers by name and take the time to answer questions and provide suggestions for your clothes. It is an easy place to do business with and they just care about you. They have also altered many of my garments and every time they come out looking like they were made that way from the factory. I would not go anywhere else to my dry cleaning needs.

I LOVE coming here. The staff and owners are very friendly and know my family by name. I felt like they were family when I left the first time when dropping off clothes! After living in the area for 9 years, we have used many dry cleaners and have had issues/clothes messed up/bad customer service. We tried Art Cleaners one time, and will never go anywhere else. They truly take pride in what they do...and it shows. Definitely worth it!

We just relocated to Frisco and tried Art Cleaners because of their excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! Nita was friendly and very welcoming. She helped me both times and showed great care for each of our items and made the best recommendations for our clothing. They provide same day service, perform the work in house and offer reasonable prices. Whats not to love??

The quality of work is excellent and so is the service. The price is comparable to other launderers out there but this is my choice because of quick turnaround time, quality of work and excellent service. U have a issue, they will fix it for you. The best!!!!
