This funeral home approached us after the service in the chapel and told us they were not going to burry our loved one with out an additional 1300.00. They said they had not cashed in on one of the insurance policies yet and wanted the extra money before they would put her in the ground. This was the fifth family member we had burried there in the last 20+ years. We had already given them extra money and signed over the policies to them. They had 6 business days from death to the funeral. To approach the family that way in the chapel while dealing with the grief of our loss was ludicrous!!! Think twice before choosing these people !!!!

My Husband and I were their Wednesday the 22nd and couldnt find a grave and went to the office for a map to where the grave was and we got the map and a very nice lady Glenda, a manager that went with us and help find the grave . I think that she needs gold stars, you are lucky to have her. Thank you Glenda ,for all you did for us.
