I worked for Charles, and he has a very professional staff. After caring for my mother in law last year, and after she passed, out of all the funeral homes I have worked for, I knew where to have her taken, to his Eastgate location. I am now terminal with less than 6 months to live, and I will be using the facility in Sachse. I just couldnt imagine using any other funeral home. Cynthia Bailey
