You get what you pay for - the massages are mostly very good, some exceptional. Ive never in six years had an appointment canceled by them (using four different branches), and they recently charged me nothing for canceling at the last minute after getting in a car wreck on the way to a massage. Now that theyve resolved reimbursing people for unused credits when they cancel (it took a class-action suit, granted), I feel the membership is straightforward, flexible, and pleasantly devoid of hard sale tactics (compared to gyms, e.g.). Compared to going to spas or hiring independent therapists, Massage Envy is a great deal.

I have found three great therapist here. I always leave feeling so much like a brand new person. DeMarcus, Mikaela and Josie. They are like physical therapist. I did have a couple times that I used others and didnt feel any different coming out than when I went in but thru trial Im happy. Never had a problem with customer service....

3 times I have scheduled an appointment and they have called me back and cancelled. Ridiculous. This "membership" is a sham. If youre reading this and considering signing up...please dont. Im saving you the headache and keeping money in your wallet.

Currently a member but may change soon. Showed up early and was still seen later than my scheduled time. Of course being a busy location, my massage ended on time. Therapist was nice but did a moderate job.
