I was a regular costumer of an amazing colorist named Jesus for over a year, he did the perfect blond-silver highlights I ever had (I have highlights for 14 years!) Unfortunately he left and I stupidly trusted them to hire a good colorist instead. (If you cant hire a good one its better to send the costumer to another salon and not RUIN someones hair!!!) I came there 2 days ago and explained a young lady with orange hair what I need, and what Jesus used to do, she decided to Color my roots (even though I told her he never did that) to a FREAKING orange hair. Ruined my highlights with a toner (made half of my hair GREEN!!!) She also dried my hair badly. After 2.5 hours I told her I need to go and we decided Ill come back the day after to try to fix the disgusting color, the day after she tried to do some highlights for OVER 4.5 hours and now ALL my hair is in orange and dry like HELL. No memory of my beloved silver highlights or soft hair. I spoke with the owner and demanded that someone else will fix my hair and he said hes coming back next week, so now i have to wear a hat for a week, had to spend 50$+ on masks to try to bring back a little moisture to it. Lets wait and see if hell be able to save my hair. Will update.

All the previous comments that the lashes fell out immediately are FACTS! First cluster fell off within three hours, then the next day, three more. Was told it would take 48 hours for the glue to adhere, at the 36 hour mark, an entire eyelid was without lashes. On close inspection, the lashes were above the lash line, with a micro but visible gap. Requested a fix, but was told Id have to pay for a removal and lashes fee. I was able to remove the lashes, simply by wiping my eyelid, which confirmed the glue used is not a good quality. Salon was unwillingly to own up to the glue being worthless. Why would I pay to use the same glue again? The two stars is because the technician made the lashes look natural and not dramatic, but no way Id go back.

I got my hair cut and styled here last night after a friend recommended I make an appointment with Jesus. SO glad I found this place, and SO glad I found Jesus! He listened to what I wanted and executed flawlessly. Im a guy with thinning curly hair, and he recommended that I try my hair a little longer on the top than I usually get. He was right! It looks great! The whole experience was first class. I even got a mini facial which was a first for me. It was VERY relaxing! This location is in Addison in the same center as Whole Foods and the Social House. After my cut I met some friends for drinks... So convenient! Ill be back in three weeks. Ive already made my next appointment.

Please do not waste your money. I purchased the promotion on groupon for the lashes... What a waste..the second i walked out the door my lashes started falling off....i change my top when i got home and half of them was on my shirt... While i was there another customer who was there before me came back in because hers was coming out... I know the young lady there is new and has only been there two weeks but... She obviously needs more training.... A waste of money

I cannot recommend this salon. They are a ripoff. I went to this salon for services in April and someone in the shop charged my credit card for services in September and they had no explanation. Please do not give them your credit card information.

The receptionist has poor customer service skills and was very rude over the phone the two times my calls actually went through. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. First impressions mean a lot.
