Texas Gym has been in business since 1981. Texas Gym is not your Mommas Gym, you need to be serious about losing weight or just Pumping some Iron . Plenty of Free Weights & Machines for the Body Builders & Power Lifters that come here Daily. Texas Gym has Trainers and we do get our Share of Ladies wanting to firm up their Bodies or just get in the Tanning Bed. Plenty of time to get in here and work out and for $60.00 per year, yes you heard me right and the hours of 6am till midnight makes Texas Gym the perfect Gym for everyone and any schedule. Large selection T-Shirts, Tanks, Muscle, Hoodies to choose from. The Location is perfect for Forney, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett and all of East Dallas. Check it out, V

My Experience was phenomenal! Kim is wholesome: he really cares about you getting results. He allows an open atmosphere: which is welcoming and also it inspired me to bring out the best while at the gym. If your looking for a nitty-gritty- hidden gem kinda deal: this is it. I feel Arnold or Lou worked out here: lol. One Day They Will Say Edgardo worked out there & i will say it was all thanks to Kim

Hands down, Kim is a great guy and always has been. Visited the gym recently after 10 years have past and its still in top working order. Theres equipment that you will never find anywhere else and whoever posted about not having a single squat rack is wrong - Theres a rack in the back! Havent met a bad member there either! Everyone is motivating! J

Its not a clean place, some of the equipment is damaged or is getting there, but the price is right (about 20$/year) and you have everything you need to work out hard. Its definitely a "hardcore" gym. Most people there are willing to spot you and correct your form if you ask. Ive been going here for years and the owner is a good guy.

I can handle the rust, the half broken machines, the lack of space; everything youd expect from hardcore gym, but youve committed a cardinal sin by not having a single bloody squat rack. Save yourself the 5$ for the day pass unless youre a complete bench bro.

Best gym in Dallas, this is a true gym. It might be small, but it is all you need, to get big. Been working out there for 2 yrs and loved it. The people there are swole, but they give you advice and wise words. I loved it!
