I had my things stored at this facility and ii paid my bill for 6 months. Four days sfter I paid my bill for november and december. I traveled to dallas to pick up my storage and they had nothing for me. My things were gone.. They didnt have the decency to refund me for the last two months I paid for that they had nothing stored for me.. facility is not safe and you risk your things being stolen by staff or someone else. I have an investigation on going by DALLAS P.D. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED

They have a very incompetent staff. They dont answer the phone during business hours and they are constantly assessing late fees when I consistently pay on time. They just tell my bank isnt sending the checks yet I am responsible for late fees. If I had an opportunity to give them 0 stars I would. I now have the to take time out of my day move my stuff.
