I had a cracked rim and the hyundai dealership was going to charge 400$ just to order it, not including labor. The manager at this location told me that if I got a replacement rim that they would put it on for free since my tires were under warranty. They didnt have to do that; most places refuse to put customer-acquired parts on vehicles. So just because they did it for me doesnt mean theyd do it for someone else. But I told them straight up that they made a customer out of me for life. I had another tire problem a few months ago and they promptly serviced my car and got me a new tire within three hours of my dropping my car off. Theyve always been very nice and helpful. You do need to make an appointment, as they are always very busy. However Ive never had a problem getting my car in. Great service, so Im sorry for the other negative reviews. I hope this one helps!

I called firestone because they had worked on a previous car of mine replacing struts. When I called I asked about replacing suspension springs. Was told they cant do that. When I questioned why a suspension shop cant replace simple springs he got very short with me. He then asked me what my phone number was to look up my past car. He verified they did indeed replace my struts but again they dont touch springs. Interesting, how do u replace struts with out removing the spring. He then hung up on me. I will never bring business to them again nor suggest and people will hear about this

Best to choose another shop if you can. Had new tires installed when mechanic re-installed hubcap covering tire valve stem resulting in a pinched valve stem and flat tire while driving in town the next day. Returned to shop to have damaged valve stems replaced. Hubcaps go on only one way with the cut-out in the hubcap surrounding the valve stem. Seems Firestone does not understand this basic concept.

Not a damn thing. I called them so I could schedule an appointment for an oil change, filter and several other things. They put me on hold for 14 minutes and then hung up and called again and kept me on hold for another 20 minutes. Very disappointed in their customer service! This is the location we normally use but will be taking our vehicles to the Firestone in League City.

After letting my truck sit all day suddenly when I want to pick it up shortly before close Im next. The CSR could care less acted more like I was an inconvenience. I have purchased 3 sets of firestone tires in the last 18 months. My vehicles will not be back. I see why they have poor reviews.

I take my work van here for service. Its a little further away than some of the other locations, but the service has always been good and on time. Never had a terribly long wait. Everything to be done explained up front with no surprises on the back end.

Definitely call in advance and make an appointment if you can. They got me in right on time. Work (balance and rotate) was done within the time estimate they gave me. They called me (twice!) as soon as the work was completed.

Jingle butt

Recently found out that they rigged a camber bolt on my car, to make alignment correct. They put a straight bolt that was most definitely not a camber bolt!!! Absolutely do not recomend this place.

Came in for and purchased a rotation and balance for 59.99 and they only balanced the front tires and did not rotate then but I will say they have me a free synthetic oil change for my next visit

This location gave me terrible customer service. I took my car in to have the brakes checked. They told me the brakes were good. Three days later, my car had to have new rotors and brakes.

Great work Ive been there twice 1 for a rear brake job and the 2nd for a differential service. I have had no issues and will continue to go back.
