The first time I visited this service center, I gave it 5 stars. But the second time they blew away all my good will and left me stranded several more times and finally suffering a burn when I had to rip my burning jumper cables off the car. On my first visit, they didnt have my car and the battery they sold me two years ago in their data base, although they did have me. Then, after being stranded twice in one day, they sent me off with a clean bill of health. The next day, after I got my car jumped, I took it to the Firestone Store where they repeatedly tested the battery and found it needed to be replaced. That cost me around $26 and more lost time. I took it and the test results back to Honda and then again tested the battery - of course as soon as I left it with them, even though they told me last time that they would have to keep it overnight to get a true test - and found it to be good. But they did replace the battery and found a fuse that may have been draining the battery and replaced that. Two days later, I stopped to unload my recyclables - a maybe three minute stop - and had a dead battery when I went to start it. When I got a jump, the jumper cables caught on fire and I got a little burned getting them off both cars. I noticed that the positive post was not making good contact with the clamp and I could take the clamp right off. I went to AutoZone, where the busy salesman found me a repair piece to allow me to have a tight contact. and then installed it for me. Hopefully this fixed the problem. This should have been noticed immediately when the battery was first looked at. If you get stuck in Galveston with a small problem, I recommend you go to Firestone Complete Car.

I believe that I may hold the honorable position of being the first Car Pro Show customer for Classic Honda in Galveston. I did my homework and knew what options I wanted on my Honda CR-V EX-L. I sent the exact information to two (2) other Honda dealers besides Classic Honda. Classic Honda was the first to respond to my Monday morning email. The second Honda dealer finally, late in the day turned in their numbers. Then in a panic mode when they found out that their numbers were not the winning numbers wanted to play the “Manager Says” game. The truth be told that even after the managers manager (yes double managers) numbers were submitted to me they were not the winning numbers. The third Honda dealer did not respond to the email until the following day after I had purchased the car I wanted. The team of Ever Pereira (sales), Justin Ortolon (customer service), and Eli Abad (finance) are a great team for Classic Honda in Galveston. Oh I forgot to mention that Eli presented a lower financing interest rate at the final signing than originally quoted.

I purchased my third Honda from Classic Honda in Galveston last month and Id have to say that we received some of the best customer service experience at this dealership. It is one of the smaller dealerships that Ive been to but I guess theres something to say about that -- the atmosphere was friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to work towards one common goal and that is making sure that their customers are well taken care of. Considering we were trying to keep up with two small children, they all seemed to do whatever it took to make us all comfortable and allow us to take care of business. We worked mostly with Grace and she has done a great job with taking care of our needs since the first internet request to making sure that everything was going well a week after we purchased our vehicle. The only downside is that it is nearly an hour drive from where we live but Id make the drive again to receive such great customer service. Keep up the great work!

I was referred to Galveston Honda Dealership by a family member to meet with Kamerin Gourley. However, I chose to take a quick route and visit North Honda on 45 & 1960, BIG MISTAKE. I wasnt happy or comfortable at all. I immediately drove to Classic Honda In Galveston to Meet with Kamerin and every worry and concern I had was instantly wiped away. Kamerin provided such outstanding and willing service. The purchase was for my daughters college graduation gift and this was an experience to remember. Kamerin fully, without hesitation explained EVERY VEHICLE she test drove. (4 vehicles) Kamerin offered several different case scenarios that would best fit my daughters need. Hes an awesome sales person and I will forever refer him and even consider buying more vehicles from him.

After being mistreated and harassed at a Houston dealership I ventured to Galveston in hopes of a better experience. Kam the car man and his colleagues far exceeded my expectations and offered one of the most pleasant, calm and genuine experiences. It was like night and day. When I arrived, the car was parked up front and ready to test drive. They offered a great, no haggling deal. Finance department worked quickly to get me into the car I wanted. The whole process took less than 2 hours! Kam personally delivered the car to me in Houston the following day! Permanent plates arrived within a month. All in all, I highly recommend Classic Honda of Galveston for everyones car buying needs. They will make you feel welcomed like family.

I had such a wonderful experience at Classic Honda. First off, when I pulled up to the dealership they had already pulled up the car I wanted to test drive out front. (Which trust me, doesnt happen at every dealership). Secondly, my sales guy was "Kam the Car Man" and he was awesome. He knew everything about my vehicle and answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond to customize the features in my vehicle after purchasing. Lastly, I walked away with an awesome new car and low interest rate. So grateful for the guys here! If your living in Houston, its definitely worth the trip out here, excellent service, prices, and selection.

Deceptive autoservice. I lived in Galveston 2007-2009. I used to go to Sand Dollar Honda for the service of my Honda Accord. I trusted them and they treated me very nice. However I have got my astute and started to review their invoices to see what they did for the 30K, 45K and 60K service. I have realized that they have done many services unnecessarily just to charge me extra. For example they changed the transmission fluid every 15K mile, when they should change it every 120K mile!!! What a rip of! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL and ask what services they will perform and double check it with the manual before you agree to anything.

As a women I always dread going to get my car checked. Having moved to Galveston from Corpus I had to get my car serviced as the driver sun visor had broken. To my relief, service person , Woody informed me after it was fixed that it was under warranty. BUT, several months later my service lite went on and the battery pic came on. As my car is a 2011 I thought I would have to buy a battery or alternator. Service person, Daniel just got my car back and to my surprise it was no cost as it just needed software upgrade and IT WAS FREE. Classic Honda Service department is a dream Thanks guys Margarita
