This location has absolutely no concern for the customer or providing quality service. The corporate office needs to fire the management in charge and rethink their level of service. Incident # 1: I took in my Yukon for noise from brakes. I was told I needed new brake pads, rotors, etc. Fine, lets get it done. I had to leave my vehicle there, walk back home, get a ride to work, etc. Picked up the Yukon at the end of the day. As soon as I left, I was still in the parking lot when I noticed that the brakes were making a rhythmic thumping noise. Back to the shop. Had to leave it overnight so they could work on it the next day. Arranged for another ride to work. Went back the next day. I was told they fixed the problem. The problem was still there 50 yards from the shop. Took it back. Had to leave it again overnight. Mind you I was dealing with the manager at this time. He assured me it will be taken care of and that this was a safety issue. Repeated ride to work scenario, went back the next evening to pick it up. I had asked the manager to make sure that someone test drove it AFTER fixing the problem. The guy at the desk tells me he personally test drove the Yukon and the problem was fixed. The problem still existed, drove about 50 yards and came back to the shop. These are either the most incompetent mechanics or they dont give a f*&k about the customer or the quality of their work. It was only after the 4th time of leaving the truck that they finally got it right. Incident # 2: Took vehicle in for lifetime balance and rotation deal for tires bought from them. First, you must tell them that or they will charge you for the service. I find that outrageous since the first thing they do is look you up in the computer. Since my last experience with them, I dont trust their service shop, so I marked the tires with chalk to identify the tires that were on the front vs back. 3 hours later, I got a call to come pick up the vehicle. Once there, I noticed that the fronts were still on the front and the back tires were still on the back (no rotation). I am not even sure they balanced them. I was assured that the tires were balanced. Then I had to wait while they rotated them. So then I have to ask, how incompetent do you have to be to take the tires off, balance them and then put them back on the same location when the work order clearly states a rotation? Maybe this is their way to getting your tires worn out faster so you have to replace them more often. In short, incompetent, dishonest, high prices, and no concern about quality work from the head office. I would give them a wide berth if you can. I have had a much better experience at MIDAS hands down on any kind of service. Update: Had them repair a flat tire. The tire leaked again after a week. Took the vehicle to another Firestone. They confirmed that the original puncture was never repaired and that the tire was not repairable. They were upset that the Waldo Firestone is giving their company a bad name. Also, the tires were rebalanced since no one balanced the tires the last time I took it in.

Crooked and Unprofessional! We took our car to get inspected at this station. First of all, as we waited, we listened to the staff behind the counter talk about their customers in the most negative way. As one customer walked in, we could hear one staff member behind the counter say to another, "Oh, weird people...you can handle them." Beyond that, they were very pushy and unsympathetic with their customers. We sat there for a little over an hour, and EVERY customer needed EMERGENCY repairs...and there was no way around it. The tone of the service reps was condescending. Passive aggressive comments such as, "Well, you could take it somewhere else, but that would be on you, man..." It was like a bunch of bullies behind the counter. Further more, we maintain our vehicle on a monthly basis with oil changes and inspections at our regular service station. We trust them, and they are EXCELLENT at giving us info about needed repairs (usually before it becomes an emergency). So, when our car "didnt pass inspection" for a few things, and we were told we needed over $1000 in repairs, that just didnt seem right. So, we took the car back up to our normal shop, with the "required" repairs, and our mechanic looked at the vehicle WITH us. Exactly zero of the issues existed. A top off on a few fluids and we were on our way. We then took the vehicle to a different shop, and they found ZERO issues with the vehicle - it passed with flying colors (that shop even commented that they were surprised that it passed since it is an older car, and mentioned that we must keep the vehicle well maintained). Bottom line, this shop is full of rude, condescending, rip-off artists. Dont waste your time here, because they will waste your money.

Tires are great, nice i can get warranty for every tire. but im pretty sure places like Walmart and Sams Cub have the same kind of deal, and probably 30% cheaper, anyway, these guys are closer, and im a typical american who like to get things done and over with fast, well i learned my lesson, you shop at big corporations you will suffer the consequences. These guys couldnt figure out how to put on tires for the life of them, I dont know if they actually have an excuse like getting stoned all day, or they are jsut typical moronic zombies earning hourly wage, with GEDs. They tried to steal tires from me twice, like i wouldnt care or know, they put the wrong tires on as well, I mean any 3rd grader can figure out how to match all 4 tires, isntead i got my car back with 3 differnt tires!!!! and their excuse was this: " well the rear tires have more tread" haha really thats the best you got, 1 winter tire, a race tire and the 2 new tires you jsut put on, really that sounds good too you? instead of giving me waht i asked for, which was ALL 4 MATCHING TIRES! the first time i brushed it off, the 2nd time, not too bad, other than the simpe fact that they still couldnt understand why i didnt want 3 mismatched tires (with 100% opposed to 70% on matching tires) mind you one of those mismatched tires (that had more tread was 3 inches bigger than the rest, so my car sat at an angle haha, these guys are the definition of simpleton.

My car engine started shaking when I was traveling to Kansas City for the weekend from out of town, so I took it in to this Firestone to get it checked out. I know that its tough to get your car looked at on the weekend, so I was glad to get an appointment on Sunday. But after keeping my car for 4 hours, they called me and said that they could not fix the problem, nor could they tell me exactly what was wrong with it, even tho they charged me a $80 diagnostic fee. They told me the only thing they could do was run some sea foam through the engine and it might help maybe for $45. Some "technician" told me that he "sees this kind of thing all the time" and that the only thing I could do was take it into Jeep to get it looked at. They also said I needed a belt replaced, Im not sure if I believe that it actually had to be replaced, or if they just wanted to add a few hours of work to my bill, but that cost me an additional $105 I didnt want to risk damage to the engine by driving it 5 hours back home that day, so I decided to stay in KC for the night and try my luck with Jeep on Monday. That night, however, I happen to spot a little Garage that was open on a Sunday, so I decided to go over and see if he might be able to give me a second opinion....HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 15 MINUTES FOR A FRACTION OF FIRESTONE. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER FIRESTONE AGAIN IN MY LIFE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT THIEVES.
