Review history says it all. They obviously have no intention of correcting their manner and service to customers. Recently, they agreed to replace fuel filter on sons car after noting it had considerable rust in the area. They should have declined to replace the filter knowing the risk. Sure enough filter line broke immediately and car had to be towed from this shop to nearby car dealer to be repaired. $800 bill because whole fuel pump and line had to be replaced as a unit. The bill was presented to owner Jack and we requested a response. After stopping by shop couple more times, we have still had no response from the owners. Its been 3 weeks since incident. They also own a car wash nearby. There is no excuse for such careless and unethical work and response ( and lack thereof) to customers. Walmart does better job in their garage.

Almost RUINED my VW Beetle - stripped off oil plug on the inside of hole (you only have ONE job, RIGHT?!), ruining oil pan....the Worst part? the two guys didnt say a single word to me about it!!!! Just put silicon around the plug and charged me for oil change!!! The silicone didnt even hold for three blocks back home!! $500 to repair at Firestone in Fort Smith and almost ruined my VW Beetle Bug!!!

This place is a joke....nothing but meth heads manage and operate this shop. I wouldnt take my bicycle to them. They will over charge you for stuff they dont even do. The Manager, Patti Marts, is a BIG TIME METH ADDICT AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
