Myself and 2 others in our household have used this location of TP for a few years now. After a visit last year and being told that I needed work done that I didnt, I go and get a follow up 2nd opinion if it is anything more than an oil change, because they over charge for everything and make up crap, every time. I went in to get a vehicle inspection with a coupon for $9.99 before a 2800 mile road trip, hoping I could trust them to do a decent job. Of course, I was told I needed a brake job, new battery and wipers. So, I said ok to the brakes and also do a tire balance and rotation. No to the battery and wipers. I had another coupon for 50% off anything after paying for any maintenance issue. When I arrived, I was told I didnt need the coupon, there was no charge to tire balance and rotation. After leaving, I took it to Adams Toyota the next morning and asked to check if brakes had been done, while having my door worked on. I was told that I needed new CV boots. I found that to puzzling since TP tries to sell me something else every time I go in. I was shown my CV boots and definitely they needed to be done. I had them done at Adams. After going on my road trip of again 2800 miles, I went back to Adams Toyota and asked them to check my tires because I just had a tire balance and rotation done at TP. After they inspected the tires I was told that the wheel weights were rusted and no tire balance or rotation had been done in over a year. My wheel lock was also broken. So, that explained why TP never mentioned me needing CV boots, and told me no charge for the tire balance and rotation, because they never did the work. I couldnt prove it since Adams had done my CV boots, but I think they damaged my wheel locks before Adams got blamed for it. Also, roommates car was quoted needing $950 repair last year, after 2nd opinion, Berts Auto did repair for less than $500. These guys are cheats and liars. Ive used TP all over Southeast and this location will keep me from ever going to them again.

I was scheduled for 8am for a alignment & was going to have my oil changed. However I walked in was not greeted, & the guy said why are you here. I said I have a appointment for 8am he says well we dont have a alignment guy until 9am. So I said well what kind of discount will I get for having to leave and come back he yanks the computer towards me and says you are already getting a discount. I said well I was told a alignment would cost me $65 he said you getting $15 off so I dont know what to tell you. This could been handled better now Im looking for some where else to take my car. Horrible for a beautiful morning.

After spending over 900 dollars on tires, road hazard, and front end alignment check I had a tire get a nail in it and had to put fix a flat in the tire to get it to the store. Once there I was told they would not repair the tire and had to sell me a new one because "I used fix a flat in it". The biggest line of crap Ive ever heard! Ive been working on cars for over 20 years and never once been told that by putting fix a flat in a tire ruins it. I would not ever buy another set of tires here for any reason

I needed two tires for my crappy little Hyundai, I called a dozen places trying to find someplace that had them in stock and could get them on today. Not only did they have them, they put them on and had me ready to go in less than an hour AND they had the best price out of EVERYWHERE I called..and I really called around. They topped off fluids and let me know I was a little low on oil, and my tires have a warranty. This was my first visit and I can only speak for my experience, but they were great!!!

bring a book. I set up an appointment with them and it took 2 hours and 45 min just to replace 4 tires. The website garuntees it done in 59 min or less. When I asked for the discount that they advertise for taking to long I was told that I have to set up an appointment online for that. After going back and reading the rules on the 59 minute garuntee, it said nothing about setting up your appointment through the website. After 2 hours and 45 min. they lied to me.

Tires Plus on Blue Ridge and highway 71 in grandview was a great choice for me to get a tire plug and patch combo done today. Darren, the sales person at the counter, was very helpful and true to his word on the price of the work. Jordan, the service technician was very efficient and kind. Well done! If you need work done on your tires in grandview , check these guys out.

Made an appointment for an alignment one day in advance, and when I brought it in they said their alignment machine was broken. Nobody told me that on the phone when I scheduled the appointment, or called me before my appointment. They just decided to wait until I went in for the alignment. What a bunch of idiots.

This place always gets my car taken care of quickly and at a fair price. Usually they even add on a discount for the work being done. Ive had questionable experiences at other Tires Plus locations, but these guys at the Grandview location always seem to be looking out for their customers.

Were from way out of town, got a flat and limped into Firestone up the road, but nobody was around to fix, so we were told to drive here, barely made it before closing, they fixed us up and saved the day! Very happy, thanks Darren and Kimball!
