One of the most awful buying experiences I have ever had. This is a large reason that I try to stay away from any type of dealerships. I came to them in December of 2016 (just a few months ago) looking to get a new car for my wife as a surprise gift for Christmas. I am an hour away from them and one of my key selling points was if they would be willing to deliver the car to me or not. I realize this sounds unreasonable but I had spoke to the Fayetteville Crain Hyundai (which I have heard GREAT things about) and they were more than willing to drive nearly 2 hours to deliver a car and bring me the paperwork. I needed it delivered because I didnt want my wife figuring out because I would be gone for over 3 hours. So I asked the Fort Smith Crain Hyundai and one of their salesmen (I wont mention names) told me yes he could deliver that day by noon and bring me all of the paperwork. Needless to say I went with it and gave him all of the info over the phone for him to deliver and he said he would. Around noon I havent heard from him so I called and he told me he was too busy with other customers. I shouldve realized right then and there that after I bought the car their customer service would go down because he had already got me down as a "sale" and didnt care anymore. He promised he would 100% deliver the next day, on a Sunday (which i thought was weird) but that I still had to drive up there and sign paperwork (which took 4 hours). While I was signing paperwork they (another guy) sold me an Extended Warranty and made it seem as if the Car Care maintenance plan which gives you oil changes for 5 years was included in the extended warranty. He then told me the printer want working so they would have to mail me the contract that breaks the pricing down completely. Well it was not included in the price needless to say, but I will finish that part later. Sunday comes around, didnt hear a thing from him so I texted him and he said they were closed and he cant deliver it, it would have to be Monday. Monday comes around, I cant get ahold of the guy for 3 hours and finally he texts me saying he is on the way. He shows up to my work and proceeds to tell me that he was late for work (bragging at this point) because he stayed up late the night before partying and admitted that he was STILL A LITTLE DRUNK. Like what the heck? He just drove my brand new car DRUNK? I figured you know what, I dont have to mess with these guys anymore so I will let it go. A week later I received my contract and they charged me $1000 for the car maintenance plan. So Im like cool whatever cancel the oil changes and refund me that part of my money because Im about to refinance and dont want that included. They told me it takes a month to refund so I had to refinance with that included and they said that they would mail me a check. I called back beginning of February and they said that what happens is the warranty company sends the check to the dealership who then sends it to Hyundai Motor Finance who then sends it to me after endorsing it. Well the dealership received the check, and sent it to HMF. It has been nearly a month after they sent it and HMF says that they still have not received the check. My guess is that it has been lost in the mail, idk what the chances of that happening are but whatever, the part that ticks me off is that I called 2 weeks ago and a guy was supposed to be tracking the check down. I give him a week and then email him and he says that he has been busy with OTHER customers and that he would get back to me First thing Monday, well it is now Thursday (4 days later) and I havent heard anything back from him and it has been nearly 4 months after buying this car and still no refund. Im worried that we will have to start this process all over again because it seems the check has been lost and I will have to wait another 2 months before I get my money. These guys are probably going to hate me for posting this and hopefully my customer service from now on doesnt continue to go down because of this review.

I have done business with this dealership for many years. When we first moved to Fort Smith from a very small town and were just out of high school and starting college we knew that we needed a reliable vehicle that was affordable. We started going to local dealerships and we were disappointed every time because non of them would give us the time of day because we looked like two young kids with no money. When we arrived at Breeden Hyundai (Bill white hyundai at the time) we knew that something was different. We were greeted promptly and treated with respect. They invited us in and told us to look as long as we wanted and let us test drive anything we wanted. We were not treated like we were below their stature or that we couldnt afford anything. They didnt pressure us the fill out paperwork before we could test drive or even hint that they didnt think we were out of our elrment. They even offered us refreshments and we ended up buying from them that day and they didnt seem surprised to learn that for a couple of kids from the farm that we actually had credit and money. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. And thats why we havent bought a car from anyone else since then. Every time we go into the dealership for anything (service appointments or whatever) we are still treated exactly the same and with the same amount of respect and courtesy. We have become like family. I recommend this dealership to anyone who values the important things like dignity and respect. I promise that they have a vehicle for your family. Hyundai vehicles have a lot of selection and the pricey extras that other dealership charge for are standard on most vehicles. They will find a vehicle for you even if you have to wait for it. They are very accommodating and friendly. They stand by their products and their word. If ypu are in need of a new or used vehicle please take my advice and check out Breeden Hyundai soon.

Poor customer service, not going back. I was not greeted at my car when I pulled in for my scheduled appointment. Went inside to the Service Managers office and was told someone would be with me in a minute. The Service Manager was on his computer, he was too busy to help a customer and I would have to wait my turn, although there were no other service customers nearby. I waited and eventually someone who was helpful came, but then was told a part for a brake system, which is part of a National Safety Recall, would have to be ordered, and the work, which was estimated to take less than an hour, couldnt be done then. I made my appointment a week in advance, but was told because they didnt have my VIN # they were unable to have ordered the part in advance. I would have gladly provided my VIN # when I made the call had they just asked. I certainly was clear when I made my appointment it was in regard to Hyundais National Safety Recall. So in short, I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived to find out they did not have a critical component for Hyundais Safety Recall, and left with the impression they did not have the processes in place to make and keep scheduled appointments for critical repairs. This was my first service visit to this dealer and sorry to see Fort Smith is so poorly served under the brand Hyundai, which makes surprisingly good vehicles that I can recommend.
