We have traveled quite a few miles just to have Arlo and his crew repair our vehicles. We do this because we can absolutely trust everyone at the Service Rack to provide the best possible service. It is reassuring to know that someone is looking out for our safety and recommending only the repairs we need. Arlo and the Service Rack are worth the drive!

Arlo and his crew are top notch. The service is fantastic and they are a very honest shop. When I was out of the country my wife had to take her car in for a repair. They took excellent care of her car and treated her great. That was in 2006 and Ive been going to them ever since.

Never again. They did not look at my truck. Charged me about $140 for (?). My Radio was stolen. I made a police report. Arlo said I was scamming him to get it a check. I sold the truck as is. I think Tom and arlo need a attitude adjustment.

Great communication, very friendly and helpful. I had no one to give me a ride home while my car was being repaired, and they drove me home and picked me up when everything was done. Smoothest car repair transaction Ive ever been through. 5/5
