Went to get my car serviced today. I was told my car was done getting the oil changed and tires rotated. They told me that it would take a couple minutes to wash my car. Well I waited outside because it seems like it wouldnt take too long. Then 30 minutes pass so I decided to go back inside to wait. Two minutes after going inside, my car come back to the front. DDIIRRRTTTTYY!!! Why were they holding my car for 30 minutes doing nothing to it? Manager told they had a long line of car waiting on the wash. That would would have been a ok answer if everyone elses car were washed, that had the same service performed. I work for Ford Motor company, I will not be back to this place. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I am only in the area temporarily but I needed an oil change. Being my first vehicle and first oil change at a dealership, I was very impressed with the service and that they didnt pressure me to pay for anything I didnt need. I payed for "The Works" package and was very pleased with the price for all that. Great job to the staff for being patient with a new vehicle owner.

Fast and friendly. The wait is sometimes a little long due to customer volume, but theyll let you know how bad it is as soon as you walk in. They give you coffee, bottles of water, and have an internet station and a tv to keep you entertained while you wait.
