They did get the stain out of my dress ( which I had no doubt it couldnt be removed because wasnt too big) but what I dont understand and didnt like was that they stapled the flag tag to distinguish where the stain was. The staples did not look like standard staples they looked like heavy duty ones which left two little holes on the dress. This dress is very delicate fabric so why wasnt it tagged with something more gentle?

Wherever it is they send the clothing to, the workers cant follow instructions nor can they follow a previous crease. Not only that they completely ruined a brand new pair of jeans and blamed it on manufacturer.
