Lost my shirt and was told to fill out a claim form and sign it. They only problem was that the claim form stated that they determine the value of the item. I was told that is not what it means, but that is what it says and I would not sign it. Was given the name and phone number of John as the owner and called numerous times over the course of 2 weeks but he never answer or called back.

Damaged much blouse and tried to hide it. I had to come back three times because I could only speak to a superviser. The third visit, I told them I would call the police. I went to my car and call the police. As I was speaking to the police dept, guess who shows up. The supervisor. She was there the whole time.
