Dropped off 15 or so assorted items to them; one was a winter jacket I havent worn in some time due to the loss of a few buttons on it. I asked them about it when dropping it off, and they said while they typically dont do alterations or repairs, theyd see what they could do for the other buttons that were coming loose as well, and additionally recommended another cleaners/tailor nearby. I understood, they seemed to be fairly busy when I came in on a weekend afternoon. When I came to pickup my items though, I was in for a very welcome surprise. Not only did they secure the remaining buttons on this jacket, but they went and found an almost identical button for the one missing, and attached it, at no additional cost. You couldnt tell the difference between the original buttons and this one without really examining it. Additionally, all of the shirts I had dropped off that were in pretty bad shape around the collar area, were given a "collar treatment", which honestly restored them to the point that they look all look almost the same as when I first got them. Other cleaners I have visited and taken these same shirts to have never been able to actually remove any of that discoloration that can happen with any oil or sweat from your neck around the collar. They definitely went the extra mile with their customer service, and I will definitely be coming back.

Dropped off clothing for the first time at this cleaners in Universal City. Upon arriving home, and unpacking the clothing, it was soon realized that this cleaners charged us for "heavy starch and press" however, in reality what they did was launder, and pull the clothing out of the dryer then placing them on hangers. At no time, or in no manner do I see any "pressing" or any starch in or around any of the articles of clothing. The articles of clothing look worse after picking them up from this cleaner, then they did when I dropped them off. (See uploaded photographs). ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS, and I believe this is sub-standard, unacceptable business practice. I will of course never use this facility again, and my anger grows as I am left to starch and iron these clothes manually. I essentially spent $30 for nothing. I might as well have taken a $10 and a $20 and flushed them right down to the toilet. Be warned. (All of this in my opinion) Lets be real, why pay another party to wash, dry and pull warm clothing out of a dryer, when I could pull them out of a hot dryer and place them on hangers for free. This quality of service is HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE.

This is the most horrible dry cleaning service Ive had in my entire life. I dropped my shirts and pants off at this particular "dry cleaning" establishment on Saturday and the lady (mean and unfriendly as she was) told me theyll be ready by Monday. When I arrived to pick my clothes up on Tuesday, I noticed they were wrinkled and all the dirt were intact, just like I dropped them off, except in hangers. Now my shirts are half way destroyed as I have evidence to believe they were thrown into a washer and dry instead of dry cleaning which I paid for. Some of them dont even look or feel like theyve come in contact with any kind of solution talkless of water. Of course Ill never return to this place ever again. Unless you do not know what a piece of "dry cleaned" garment is supposed to look or feel like, do not waste your time or money here. That 4.1 star must be from their family members. Its absolute nonsense. Although Im angry, Im more disappointed at this quality of service.

I started using U Save cleaners this past January when my work moved me to the Live Oak area. I have been using cleaning services for years now, for military uniforms, suits and personal. I have recieved the best service from U Save. It apears to be family run. I have never waited for service because someone always dashes to the counter to help any customer who walks in. My cleaning has always been top notch and they use the perfect amount of starch. This may come off wrong but I have the best and most honest intentions, one thing I have noticed is this is the only cleaners I have seen ran by white people that has asians dropping off clothes. This must mean something! Fantastic job.

I had just bought a suit jacket for a wedding that day - and the youth behind the department store counter kept folding it every which way and laying on her sales table. Ended up being wrinkled and needing a quick press. I told these guys my story, asked how much/if they had time, and a manager came up to greet me. He did a quick press to get the wrinkles out and insisted on not taking payment. I was very impressed.

Great service every time! That includes how my clothes are cleaned and the service provided at the counter. They are honest. My husband left his credit card in one of his pants, and when I picked up his clothes, someone placed his card into an envelope to give to me. Anyone on the staff could have kept and used the card, and we wouldnt have known who. Outstanding! Very grateful my husband found U Save Cleaners!

Im not sure who wrote the negative review about this cleaners, however, they are entitled to their opinion. I have been a customer of Joes since the doors opened in 2006. Ive not had a single issue that I brought to his attention that he did not IMMEDIATELY rectify. Ive driven back from Houston on many occasions to drop off my dry cleaning and come back to pick it up. This is loyalty to great service.

Ive been using this Dry Cleaners for about 8 months. Very friendly people, owner and staff. A few months ago I was planning on buying an expensive item, store was close, I forgot that I left the money in one of my pants pockets... $1,000 USD. When I went to pick up my clothes, they gave me an envelope... ALL the money was there. Thanks!

I used U-Save Cleaners this week and they did a fine job. The service rep was very pleasant and advised coupons were or would be in the local Herald paper and also the Randolph AFB weekly paper. In by 9 out by 5 promised and delivered.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the owner is inappropriate. I have went a couple times and he just gawks making me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore my clothing always came back with dark black stains. Save your money, and time.

Ive been there about 6 times now and everytime I have left a happy customer! The owner is always there working hard. This is not your typical cleaners. They work hard to earn your business and it shows! Very happy I found them!

The collar of my shirt still dirty and they put a blue pen mark on it. The only good thing was that they have me my money back.
