I was already unsure about going to this place with my brothers $300 wedding suit because it doesnt look like a very nice place. But I thought I should give it a shot and also help a local business at the same time. Im going to give you several reasons why you should not make the same mistake, and go somewhere (anywhere) else. When I went to pick the suit up a woman returned it and a white button-down shirt. She was unsure whether it was the right shirt, and said she lost the tag. I took it, knowing my brother was not going to take just any old shirt. When I called back to confirm that she had sent my brothers $100 shirt to the wrong person, the woman who made the mistake also happened to be the manager. She didnt apologize or seem to admit any fault, but instead she got very confrontational about it. She even blamed ME for taking the wrong shirt! She hung up on me multiple times and laughed at me when I told her I would be leaving this review. I was completely taken back by the horrible customer service she displayed. Worst experience Ive ever had.

Terrible! I brought in four button up shirts to be pressed. When I picked them up several buttons were shattered and fell apart on three of the shirts. The woman said they would replace them, though she actually tried to argue with me about replacing one that was badly fractured but had not crumbled yet - they ultimately didn’t replace it even though she agreed to. When I picked them up again, the buttons had been replaced with ones that looked noticeably different from those on the shirt originally. They were also poorly sewn on, one was the wrong size, and one was in the wrong place. When I asked for a refund, the man rudely refused. I now have to spend God knows how long driving around wasting time and gas trying to find buttons that match the old ones and resewing them on myself. So much for the time and labor I thought I was saving on ironing! I will never again entrust the clothes I spent a great deal of money on to this place, lest they be damaged. I advise you save yourself the time, expense, and grief of dealing with this business.

Tried this place out. 3/7 items I brought in came back with ruined buttons, including one of my favorite shirts. Maybe for 1 I could understand and would be more forgiving if they were to fix it. But half of my items is just unacceptable and I will not be going back. Updating review to 4/7 items with messed up buttons, plus terrible creases on the back of my shirts. So if you dont mind a >50% chance of screwing up your nice shirt and you dont want to look professional in the workplace, then this is your place.

NEW MANAGEMENT! I had a button incident at another dry cleaner and was desperate to get some buttons replaced (the cleaners broke them and wasnt going to replace them). I stopped in late Saturday afternoon, walked up to the door and they were closed - as I headed back to my car the the manager opened the door to see what I needed. I explained my situation and she quickly replaced my buttons. I HIGHLY recommend this place - they are very professional and courteous!

I really wanted this place to be good, but that didnt happen. They have been 3-4 days late with the dry cleaning and have lost my clothes. Good prices, but you gamble when you go there as to the type of service you get. When they are on, you cant beat the price, when they are off (which is too often) they are a nightmare.
