I recieved very bad almost disrespectful customer service from a manager in this company named Yvette. My wife turned in a silk shirt from Ann Taylors to the Universal City location on Friday October 7th with a pick up date of 8 October. She went to pick it up on 10 October only to be told that they did not have it. She was told that the manager would look for it and give her a call. She had not done so by 12 October at 5:00 pm. My wife tried several time to call but recieved no response - the clerk later informed me that the telephone was not functional for some time. Maybe they dont want customers to call. I went there at 6PM on the 12 and they still did not have the item or know where it was. I asked to speak with the manager who the clerk identified as Yvette. She called her up twice and both times she refused to speak with me. This is high abnormal behavior for a company and very rude to say the least. I recommend that you do not use this company!

Terrible attitude even before I had issues. Borke buttons off of three shirts in the same group. Refused to do anything about it. Customer Service does not answer the phone or return calls. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

The owner of the Super Cleaners in San Antonio steals customers clothing and then changes his name and address so he cannot be traced. He constantly fires his workers so they dont find out his real identity!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Lost a pair of pants, no help trying to find them or resolve the issue. Called customer service, left message and havent even had a response yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
