Gym is great. BUT had a terrible experience in canceling my account. A 10 day notice is required in order to cancel. My billing is on the 24th of each month. I called in on the 14th of the month and was told by the employee that worked at the time that I can come in on that day and will not be charged after. That evening I called back and spoke with another employee "Luke" who said the same thing. I told him I was running some errands and dont know if Ill be able to make it on time. He said it is fine if I cant on the 14th, he works the next day and he can honor my cancellation for the 10 day notice. I went the next day and paid my $10 cancellation fee and cancelled my account. However, I was charged $10.83 on the 24th. I called the gym to find out why I was charged even after a 10 day notice and cancellation. They transferred my call to the general manager, Mike Herpin. All he could tell me was "Sorry for the inconvenience, if you want I can open up your account so that you can use the gym for the rest of the month." Today is the 28th, so basically for 3 more days. I dont want another month of the gym. Im not even going to be in the area for the next coming weeks. He did not have much to say other than "sorry" and that I will be charged $10.83 because I did not meet the 10 day notice. However, I was told by his employee (Luke) that my 10 day cancellation will be honored even if I came the next day. Its silly and unprofessional to be arguing for $10.83. I feel like I was robbed of my money for no reason and for not even using their facilities. They did not refund my money even after a cancellation; I hope YouFit gym enjoys my $10.83 as a profit. I wonder how many other customers are robbed just like me.

Club facilities are good, but Personnel needs some serious work. My wife and I took advantage of training special for leap year Feb29th. Paid processing fees that i felt were little steep, but promises to shed pounds, get workout routine and diet plan sounded good so decided to do it. After YouFit took our money, we have had a bad experience from the start - No one calls to set up training sessions - No workout routines provided yet - No meal plan provided yet - No one from club returns calls wish i could get our money back. Worst part was instead of a meal plan, we were referred to a Herbalife down the street...sounds like this YouFit expects to get paid for doing nothing! 6/3/16 ** Update ** My issues were worked out, but wife has been treated like dirt. Continuing staff issues, revolving door of trainers / trainer no shows, and no followup...completely disrespectful of her time and $$ spent We give up...cancelled training agreement...will fight for full refund and no more training fees! 9/12/16 ** Update** What do you know, cancelled beginning of July and here we are in Sept still getting billed. Now im told I need to bring copy of my cancel paperwork because they dont have it on file. Remind me again what the $10 cancel fee was for? Hope it wasnt to pay for going to paperwork school...

I was with this gym for about 2 months and liked it okay while I was a member. I canceled my membership back in August due to the military relocating my family out of state. I am still being billed monthly. Ive called the location twice. The first time an associate told me it looked like the person who canceled my membership did it incorrectly and canceled a YouCoach membership that I didnt even have. She told me a manager wasnt on shift and someone would call me back. No one ever did. The second time I called I was told the same thing, a manager wasnt in yet and would call me back (still waiting). I even sent a request online asking for a callback to resolve this issue. Still nothing. The gym was nice when I was able to go but after canceling I see that the customer service here is garbage.

You get what you pay for I suppose. I realize the very low fee has some drawbacks so I kept from writing this review until once again, on a weekend, it appears they open when they feel like it or the website is inaccurate. Either way, 2 weekends in a row I get there after their posted 7:00 open time to find no one there. The real issue I had was an overly concerned team member who asked me to keep it down while working out. I didnt realize this was actually a Curves in disguise. I dont get loud when I workout but at the end of my reps I do exhort my effort. For that I was confronted. It seems they cater to the ladies and little boys who lift half what my wife does.

After going in to sign up for a membership I paid a total of $32 which was including me bringing in a guest. I stopped by with my guest and was told they were not allowed to use machines as they were under 18. I was never advised of this the day before when I stopped by with my guest and signed up. And to top it off my money was not able to be refunded after paying cash. Im forced to wait 2 to 3 weeks for it in the mail. Also, I cannot call corporate to get the process moving quicker as they do not have corporates number. Employees are not well trained. Very disappointing/inconvenient.

This is a great gym. If you are interested in working out with weights and cardo, it is great. The best part is they keep it very clean and the staff is very friendly. Over the last few months, they have been very slow to fix broken things like the only water fountain they have in the building.

Facilities are great and clean but be sure to get everything about canceling in writing. You are told one thing when you sign up and another when you go to cancel. Also, then you get charged another months fee after cancellation has already taken place. They will $10 fee you as much as they can

Great gym. Straight forward and easy to navigate, this gym is friendly and non threatening. Its also super cheap with good hours and health care options. The only negative is the small amount of classes cannot easily be attended by working folks.

Lots of machines that are separated by color to distinguish between upper and lower body. Theres a 30 minute whole body circuit. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. And the price is great.

This has been a NIGHTMARE. I moved and cant make it in to cancel. I was told I needed to provide a CERTIFIED letter in order to do so. Seriously?! And I guarantee they will STILL not cancel.

Day 1 was 30 min on the treadmill and then an hour of Zumba. What a blast. Lots of hard work!! Loved it. Cant wait to get better at this.
