Lost a set of keys for a 2008 Tahoe and purchased a new set plus remote. These need to be cut and chip matched to the vehicle. Sooo, after calling a "local" locksmith who told me they didnt have a store location anymore and kept asking for my address I said no thanks. Called the dealership, who gave me a quote and about an hour+ in my time waiting. Neeext, I called A-1 here in Frisco and spoke to Robert. He asked me the type of vehicle quoted me a price for two keys very reasonable compared to the dealership and no telling from the other locksmith. Well, I noticed A-1 was going to be closing in a little less than 30 minutes so hopped in the truck and off I went in a rush to get there in time. Walked in, greeted by a gentleman, who happened to be Robert (SUPER nice and courteous guy so was the other guy in the shop!!!), told him I just called about a Tahoe, hand him the keys and away he went. Cut the keys and wanted to be 100% sure both were working to his and my satisfaction. Took about 10 minutes from the time he cut the keys, tested them on the truck, paid for the service and a very NICE thank you for my business. Lets see, an hour+ at the dealership and cost more vs. 10 minutes at the A-1 store location in Frisco and speaking with Robert and was LESS than the dealership... Great safe, great price, great service! I was in search of a Liberty gun safe and A-1 came up as a local dealer. I prefer buying local and shipping costs are way high on a 600 lb safe! The manager of the Frisco store (Robert) was very helpful in educating me on the safes that Liberty makes and even suggested the perfect model for my needs. Although one was not in stock I was able to reserve one from the next shipment. I requested for it to be delivered and installed by their people. It was a tight fit but it worked out fine. There was a breakdown in communication between my wife and the delivery team and the safe didnt get bolted down. I called Jessica and she was very great with dealing with the situation. She sent someone the very next day during a two hour window of my choice. Jessica offered to send out a locksmith the same day I called but I had to work all day. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a safe and want to deal with an honest company.

From ordering to fulfillment they have a great team of folks that really know what they are doing and more importantly... care about the customer and customer experience. I had my item delivered today and the guys that delivered were exceptional! They clearly knew what they were doing and were polite and patient with the installation. Nothing was overlooked. Great experience. Got key fob reprogrammed and cut so fast could not believe it. Maybe 5-10 min tops. Then due to great selection of specialty keys got a few extra house keys made. Not sure where else has all the NFL keys but was able to get a Chicago bears key here in Texas. Great people,easy to talk due and just very impressed overall with my experience.

Love A-1 locksmith, they always go above and beyond with our safe needs. I have some Liberty Safes and they work great. Make sure you get the keypad and LED lights inside. We have bought and had them install multiple safes in our homes and offices. Their install crews are so courteous and professional. If you need a safe in Dfw, buy from them!!

I needed a new house key and Robert duplicated the key I had perfectly. He even put it on a Texas A&M key so now I can show my Aggie pride!! The key worked without any problems and Robert was great to work with. I would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone.

Great service, fair prices. I brought in a remote access key fob for my car that I had purchased online. A-1 was happy to program it for me and it took minutes. I appreciated that they didnt require me to purchase the new fob through them!

BEWARE: I would give zero stars if I could. If you like throwing money out the window call these guys for service. Absolutely nothing was accomplished yet I still had to pay lots of $$$. Extremely dissatisfied and want to warn others.

They really know what they are doing here.....keys....safes....every type of lock you can think of....they can make spare car keys with the computer chips in them too...dont have to go to the dealership for it.
