Thank you so much, James Bell. The store manager at the A-1 Locksmith Preston Road location was incredibly professional and knew so much more about the liberty gun safes, which they had in stock, than the sales guys at cabelas and bass pro shops. This location actually had at least 50 safes in their showroom and Mr. Bell worked out a deal that i couldnt refuse. Thank you to the A-1 Staff. Excellent Customer Service!

Thank you Keith for installing the new door for my shop. He was so polite and well manners. He showed up on time and prepared to help me out. He checked the door about 20 times before he left to make sure it was working right. It was so hard to close and lock that door before you came and made it like spreading butter. I will call A-1 again when I need any more work.

Great job Lonnie (tech 249)!! Your company needs more employees like Lonnie. He is fast, efficient, very courteous and stayed with until I was able to get in my car, which did not happen immediately since my keys were in the trunk. Lonnie stayed with me and assisted me until I got them out. Thanks again Lonnie!!

I tried to get duplicates made at Another locksmith and they told me the key was "special". They tried two times and failed. Today I took the keys to A-1 on Lovers and they made the keys and charged me less! The locksmith on duty was very helpful and professional. Keys work smoothly.

The company tells us that they would come from 9-12, its 1pm now and they told us theyre 15 minutes away and of right now its 2:31pm making them 2 and half hours late..... People have stuff to do and liens to your customers is damn annoying

I took a small metal box with no key. The clerk took three minutes to tell me he couldnt get into it. Pitiful. He was talking to some friend when I went in.
