I brought a gas cap lock off of a Yamaha motorcycle to the pros at Locksmith Services of Tyler that another company out of Tyler had not been able to rekey, and within 10 minutes Felix from Locksmith Services had a new working key for me. Felix advised me that the key may not work in the ignition and to come back if it didnt. I was pleasantly surprised that my new key did work in the ignition but unfortunately would not open the seat lock, so I came back in to Locksmith Services of Tyler and Felix gave me a couple more keys to try, at no charge. I took the new keys home and one of them worked in all three locks! Felix really went above and beyond to get my bike fixed. I highly recommend Locksmith Services to anyone who is locked out or has lost their keys. Thank you Locksmith Services of Tyler!!!

Our company hired Locksmith Services of Tyler to install a door lock and replace its battery, since the old one was...old. They installed the lock and did not replace the battery. Six months later, the battery went dead and LSoT charged us $116.37 to come out and replace the battery that they didnt replace the first time. We paid the bill, then talked with the owner, "Dorothy", who refused to cover the cost for their oversight herself. Buyer beware.

I lost the key to my Uhaul truck while moving; I contacted Randy and he had stayed they are getting ready to close. I arrived right at closing but he had stated he was waiting for me. I had giving him the code and he cut my key in less than two minutes. The charge was $25...I cracked some military jokes. He was in the navy and I was in the army...he stayed open later and chatted some more. Very friendly guy...highly recommended!

I had a copies of a key remade 3 times at Home Depot. Finally, an employee told me they couldnt make that key. I went to Locksmith Services and they replicated the key correctly the first time. Next time, this will be my first stop!
