This company towed my wifes car at about 7:00pm on a Wednesday night. The dispatcher Thomas I contacted told me that I wouldnt be able to get the car until 8:00am the following morning when they open back up. I asked what the cost would be and he told me their flat towing rate ($150) plus 1 day of the "Storage" fee, $35. There was nothing I could do about the storage fee which I accepted. But when I arrived at their lot at 8:00am the following morning to retrieve the car, suddenly they were charging 2 DAYS worth of storage fees, because that was "the start of a second day". So I was charged for 2 days of storage with the car being there for 12 hours, when I was not even allowed to come get the car until that time. These guys are highly unethical and hardballed me because I had no choice but to pay the fees to get the car back. I really hope I never have to deal with this company ever again.

We all LOVE Minnesota/North Dakota winters... Not really, but we have no other choice but to get up and go on with our day... So off to work I went.... It ended up being a not-so-great kind of day.... But thanks to Aggressive Towing, Joe and his crew so kindly got me out of the "mess" that I was in. Not to mention QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY, so I could make it to work on time!!... Thanks for your help guys!!!!! The service was great. Everything from Allie the Dispatch Gal to the driver that came out to help me... I highly recommend Aggressive Towing!!! Thanks again!!!!

Aggresive towing towed our truck to the shop in Fargo,ND on January 15th, 2017 around 1am at night. Service charge was 800$, but that’s not the end of the story. We had to replace Ujoint and yoke due to damage from tow, which was confirmed by mechanic. When we called the office and told them about the problem, driver Eric confirmed the damage but they refused to reimburse any money for the repairs costing us additional 675$. Poor customer service! Stay away from this company!

So today my vehicle decided it wanted to lock the wheels up on the off ramp by main ave onto the interstate. I called aggressive because i had worked with them before for other things. Today Jesse was my tow truck driver. He was fast, helpful, and very pleasant. He also gave me a ride back with my vehicle to my place. Ill recommend Aggressive Towing to anyone. Very fast, pleasant, and a reasonable price! Thanks Jesse i really appreciated it!

I regretted that I called Aggressive towing & Recovery. These guys exploited us in broad daylight like we were fools. They didnt tell us we were going to literally pay for their booths and clothes. Maybe if you are a Caucasian, Aggressive Towing & Recovery will be your kind of company. I can never recommend them to any non-Caucasian.They did not only over charge us, but totally insulted. HIGH RATE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They came and picked up my car from work when it wouldnt start. They were to my work on time, the gentlemen was very courteous and even dropped me off near my house after dropping my car off at the auto repair store. In the future I will always use Aggressive when I need towing. Thank you!

Showed up on time but proceeded to struggle with hooking up the vehicle then after driver leaves I get a rude call stating I owe them for just showing up even though its their incompetence that prevented them from towing my vehicle. I would never recommend using them to anyone.
